I was admitted recently as a mild symptomatic patient with comorbidity classification. Before getting admitted, I was hesitating to go in but once admitted, I felt comfortable with the overall treatment both medically (medicines, tests etc...) and hospitality (food, health drinks etc...) side. They treat everyone case to case basis and quietly. My personal experience with doctors and nurses, they are very nice to patients even for some overactive or bossy patients. Conducting steam inhalation, exercises etc... was refreshing. SO a BIG thumbs up to the whole team, GOD BLESS!!!My only suggestions on area of improvement is for the management to enforce the patients to follow protocols and maintain hygiene in toilets and bathrooms as their own not public property and this is applicable to both asymptomatic and symptomatic patients. Its purely hygiene issue which is a pain in India context.

I was admitted in this hospital when I was declared covid positive and I got the utmost care. Im so happy for my early recovery and the individual attention which was given to each and every people. The rooms was Sanitized daily, and was properly maintained, got good, tasty diet and proteinaceous food provided at proper intervals.The place was Clean and Tidy. Doctors, Nurses and staffs all gave their best services. I appreciate the way they treated the infected people. At no point I felt like Im infected. All were so humble and helpful. I thank every staffs for their care towards me whole-heartedly...

I was admitted kings hospital guindy, providing good treatment with 3 Times food, juice,milk,egg,kasayam, etc etc. Doctors and nurses also good kind caring.7 day stay is compulsory and they will monitor the health continuously. I could like to thank Government and staff in kings hospital for making us comfortable and to recover faster.

I m giving this one star, because I cannot post without giving star. A worst hospital, we admitted our father he suffered there for 14days and he passed away, no update about the patient health, only if patient calls you, you can know the status, the ward boy will help you in giving them food if you give money, nurses are very worst, even if we tried to talk with them, they will give only one answer he is stable, till they shift to ICU you will get only one answer the patient is stable, even after shifting to ICU they are not disclosing anything properly except he is in ventilator we are monitoring, even if we tried to ask them any doubt they will say we dont know, we cant say anything. Initially this hospital were giving good treatment now they got fame so they left the treatment. Even they gave a false health update to the family members of A grade Govt. Employee (he was in a big position,cant disclose here), they fought and shifted him to a private hospital. 32 members passed away on the same day in this hospital. If you need your loved ones back pls dont go to this hospital.

I visited the centre on 27.4.21 for covaxin second dose. Crowd around 200. Came out within 3 hours. The place is neatly maintained. But I have not yet receiving the vaccination certificate. They have not yet uploaded it even after 4 days. Somebody responsible there must attend it as sometime the certificate is needed for travel elsewhere.

The food provided here was healthy and good. Good treatment was given free of cost. Didnt feel much like a hospital. Their good diet and care helped me in speedy recovery.

Worst service. My brother in law admitted here. Within 5 to 6 days they said negative and they reported everything in ct scan report was cleared. But they have given steriod injections which later led to blood infection. The patient was admitted in the initial stage itself with pulse level being normal. The doctors were not giving proper details. Only ward boys will share information if we call. For 2 and half weeks he was able to speak in call. The staffs were not cleaning diapers for many hrs. The patient calls the attender and the attender has to contact ward boys and after so many calls they will do the work. After 20 days he moved to Icu stating critical. Then the doctors said sugar level increased very high. Steriod injections has increased sugar. He does not have sugar or bp before. The next day they informed sugar became normal but salt increased in kidney. Finally they moved to ventilatorr. Till last date they did not share information about status. If we ask they tell only if the patient is sick they will report or else they wont and this status sharing is for only icu patients. And for twice in a day that too they dont share pulse level. What treatment they are giving. Finally they called us and reported the patient is dead. Before last 3 days we are expecting him to recover becz he was normal in speaking calls. While getting the body the charge sheet mentions sudden cardiac arrest. When we enquired this they said anything can happen for corona patients we are not responsible for that. Many people share good views abt the hospital but we had worst experience. Not even allowing athe attender to sit in the campus. We still have doubt in their service in normal ward. Not looking after patients properly. One good thing is the food they provide to patients is very good quality.

Hi Dear Readers, I had an appointment at this place recently, and is located in Guindy. Its one km far from Guindy bus stop. You can take a cab/auto to reach here. Speaking about the hospital, it didnt look a hospital instead a laboratory and halls. The Institute is located in a silent and uncrowded place. You have to make an online appointment to have your vaccination. Theres no washroom facility, water though is made available. Self transport is advisable. The procedure for vaccination are simple and fast. First cum first service basis followed. On the spot token system is also available. But online registered user have 1st preference. Advisable to reach there earlier than fixed time. Office opens at 10:00 am, but queue waits already, so for not getting yourself delayed, reach thereby 9 or 9:30 am. That will help you comeout soon. Good morning. I was admitted for covid 19 on The 5th of September and was given the best care by all staff, nurses, paramedical staff and doctors. They take proper care of all individual patient with care and guide for early recovery. The treatment is so good we feel being taken care.The dedication devotion is beyond compare. Typical Gov hospital.. for my father who was admitted in covid ICU ventilator where we struggled to get any proper health update about him and only we got call from hospital on his last day.

I am proud of the free arrangements by the govt but I feel sorry for Covid patients who have facilities like Unhygienic Toilets.I strongly recommend toliets to be addressed asap.Thanks.

We didnt,get any update about the patient after admitted.After 14 days my father passed away.Even my mother also admitted in the same hospital,after 5days we got a call she felt down so we went to see her,but my mother passed away,we are doubt whether the doctors are cares the patients or not.please think twice before go to the hospital.

I was admitted covid +ve on 17 th March. There was some bed shortage. But doctors understand the people condition and arrange some beds. Yes little waiting time is there in receipt not for all.Treatment:No words to say doctor and sister are taking like family members. Every day 3 times they will come and check all aspects and give your status.Medicine 💊:Good and quality Medicine, also best quality ct scan and lab test.Food and beverages:Food was good and you will get sprouts and liquid food items in every hour from 8 am to 8 pm.No worriesFinal inspection:I am little bit panic got positive but I admitted here I feel very good. I took my wife on the early hours with Covid symptoms and she was having difficulty in breathing. We were mercilessly asked to leave and go to GH near Central. Reason.. only Covid patients are entertained here. They call it Corona Hospital and the joke is, they dont have Corona Test facility and there is no Covid Suspect ward. The height is, they asked me to go and get Covid positive report..but why they said this. My state of mind did not let me to appeal and Kings Corona Hospital wants to wash off..Luckily, I visited Saidapet Hospital and I was immediately referred to KMC.. Which was wonderful thing. My wife got admitted in KMC and immediately they administered Oxygen support and treatment carried out.She got recovered in 8 days (almost from the critical condition). Instead of wasting time here and there, going to KMC was life saving suggestion and we are thankful to KMC team for their awesome facility, treatment and care and Saidapet Govt hospital Doctor for timely direction.

I got admitted on 22nd Oct 2020 for COVID19 treatment and discharged on 29th Oct 2020. First time in my life got admitted in to GOVT hospital. The hospital infrastructure, the healthcare staff (director, the duty doctos, and the nursing assistant) service are excellent. The staffs are highly dedicated and provide the highest care to the patient with always smiling face. The director(the seniority doctor), everyone is wearing PPE gear so could not recognise them, makes everday rounds, check every patient with care and also during the rounds, he ensures the facility is maintained properly. In my 8 days of stay I never felt staying alone. Yoga classes are happening for rejuvenation , library setup there for book reading, can walk on the corridor. We do not require any special support from back home. Every thing is well taken care. The food is coming on time. The taste & the quality of the food require some imorovement. Its not worth for the money government is spending. Overall its an excellent hospital set up to manage COVID. I wish the infrastructue and the service should be continuedn to be well maintained even after the Pandemic is over and the hospital resumed its service for Geriatric care. I feel proud to have such facility in Guindy, Chennai,Tamilnadu. Good service by Government👍👏🙏

From Guindy bustop its nearly 1 km.. take your own conveyance..Auto or cab..Have ballpen for filling that vaccination card .ink or gelpen not permitting.. its now life time validation, so keep safe that card like Passport..African country travelers note down.9.30 am have breakfast and you reach there ...Also token System also is there but coming from outside the Chennai people must book appointment.Printout of the copy and Passport copy you should have enough.Given in our left hand biceps area, so T shirt half sleeve is enough and good.Best wishes ...

I went there on Tuesday the route is from Chennai Central we have to go to Chennai Park station then we can take a ticket to Guindy cost Rs 5 when we reach Guindy only 4 to 5 minutes walking or we can go taxi.. I reached there at 8:30 then they gives me token.. they call first those who booked in in online.. I given them my passport and 500 rupees after sometime they called me and injected vaccination and given polio.. they given yellow card at afternoon

From kathipara to Saidapet route Drive on the GUINDY FLYOVER... And ull find left turn route in mid of the flyover... Turn on that left and go straight... And ull see the king vaccine clinic entrance at your straight view... Bring 500 to 1000 If u didnt registered online... Better u registered online... Because u no need to wait for hours...
