Worst experience ever. As Malaysian im so dissapointed with the services. Few months ago , i got stuck in India cz of the pandemic. Was so scared and clueless and tried to call embassy for help. Theyre not helping at all. Thus i hope the staffs should be more interactive and know how to manage emergency situation especially during covid instead of telling us to wait and be patient. Remember the embassy is meant to serve the ppl. Dont treat us like we are a fool.

Hopeless people.. Tried to call them during an emergency situation but the phone line is not working.... This is not acceptable.. Shame on you.... I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY YOUR ARE LISTED ON GOOGLE IF THE SERVICES IS NOT AVAILABLE...!!!!!!!

Very worst behaviour, i applied for visa with all documents, at last day before my travel date they called for the interview. By the time I need to cancel my tickets, i went for interview with my cancelled tickets explaining the situation they said it up us to decide. Everything was fine with application. Do it for second time with same documents and they told to come back. Felling irritated

Id expected better from the Consulate General of a country such as Malaysia. They refused to answer my queries properly, and have a habit of cutting the phone mid-conversation.

Today I have visited the place. The interior is good. The place is some what small compare to other embassies. The officers are kind and cooperative. No mobiles allowed inside the office.

The worst place ever. I have lived, worked and travelled to over 30 countries. But its sad that in my own home country they dont answer the phone, or cut your call midway when youre speaking. Even worse they have a support centre - an outsourced place, through which all visas are processed. This outsourced centre insists that you have to come through an agent even when you have a letter from the malaysian government giving you a visa and all they must do is stamp it on your passport. This is ridiculous to force me to come through an agent I dont trust and frankly I dont want to pay. I wish the consulate will take this complaint seriously.

Very worst. Pathetic service... I am going on a personal visit to Malaysia why the hell do I need to provide company letter... Madness people.. Dont even give respect... Dont know how to treat people as well..

Delhi embassy is very bad they didnt even receive my call. Folks at Chennai were calm and answered until I was satisfied. Thanks.

Refused to answer my queries and kept cutting my calls while talking to them. Incompetent . Cant wait to write a program to get rid of your job.
