I have been training with Chennai Parkour for over three years and it is one awesome fitness journey.Trainers focus a lot on strength training before initiating into movements. Parkour as a discipline helps overcome fears of obstacles with vaults, heights with jumps, falls with graceful dismounts and rolls. And its fun.

Chennai Parkour is the best place for learning Parkour and calisthenics the trainers are highly skilled. Trainers are very jovial and patient while teaching and they are very much focused on safety measures.Karthikeyan is very good trainer and a motivator.

Great place to learn Parkour. The trainers are friendly & patient, and guide you as you grow in your fitness levels and build your strength and agility. One hour of movements (learning new and practicing what you know) followed by an hour of strength training is an ideal structure that makes Parkour fun for all. From teenagers to senior citizens - Parkour is for everyone and these guys really make you enjoy the ride. Shout out to Karthikeyan and all other traceurs for being supportive and jovial always!

Currently training with the amazing Trainers at Chennai Parkour who not only ensure your safety but also patiently encourage you to overcome fears. The major plus is the one on one interaction with the extremely talented and friendly trainers who understand your body limits and push you to reach your maximum. Extreme importance is given to conditioning, more so than movements, so as to ensure one builds enough stamina and strength to endure through. From a couch potato to being a parkour student, I can vouch for a pumped-up satisfaction at being able to achieve small and big milestones. Cant wait for the next class.

Great place to get stronger while learning parkour and calisthenics. They have indoor and outdoor classes. The outdoor classes happen at Tower park , Anna Nagar and Nageswarao park , Mylapore . The training is safe,you will not injure yourself, there is no age limit. But if you still feel uneasy you should go to their indoor gym in ekkatuthangal which has safely mats and all the necessary equipment to make you feel comfortable while. I have been training with Chennai parkour off almost four years and am really happy with my improvement. All the trainers are really helpful and amazing at what they do and you will have lots of fun training with them

I have been training with Chennai parkour for almost one year. In tamilnadu I guess this is the only place to learn parkour and in my experience till date this is the best place I would suggest comparing to all other cities.There is no age limit to learn parkour as they have people from age 6 to 60.Parkour can help in many ways to improve ourselves ..to overcome the fear to overcome the mental barrier to be creative and so on, Chennai Parkour they help us by analysing us and they guide us in best way to improve ourselves.*Keep calm land Softly* #ChennaiParkour #Parkourpod

Many years of training and struggle over this level of Chennai Parkour have transformed to new level. I wish you guys all success keep training as much people as you can - Vishal, Vignesh, Vishwa, Karthikeyan and other new trainers. After 2 years of work life I have started again with parkour thanks alot Karthikeyan for giving this motive to start myself from scratch and training me all movements again.We train @ Anna Nagar Tower Park morning 6-8am batch join us for more fitness with fun.

Learning parkour makes a person better in so many ways like it helps them to over come their fears, If you have learnt parkour you might significantly have a better chance to escape if your building is on fire...lol and yes most importantly the fitness is key factor to parkour. Here in Chennai parkour each and every individual is trained accordingly to his capabilities which will significantly improvie their fitness overtime in order become more fit and obviously to become better at parkour. The movement techniques and all the other parkour parkour stuffs are taught very gracefully and the tutor , the people themselves make the class more interesting and fun.. In short this an amazing place to get fit, learn parkour , have fun.

I started training with Vignesh of Chennai Parkour just two months ago. Vignesh is a excellent trainer who does not only tell how to exercise but also the why behind it. This explanation ensures that we totally understand the moves and are safe while doing it. I used to hate strength training but he manages to make it fun and involved while not relaxing the exercise regiment even the slightest.

Ive been with Chennai Parkour for the past 2 years. Initially I was very reluctant thinking if I would be able to do the movements, only after joining I came to know parkour is not about just jumping and showing off. The trainers at Chennai Parkour make sure you are safe and progress at your own pace. I love the way how they break down everything into simple steps.
