Please check the vehicle thoroughly after service because they wont do anything apart from some unnecessary part changes ( thats how theyre making profit).I have given my bike for service at 10/02/21, on the same day evening i got a call from service center saying that bike is ready for delivery, i rushed over there, but the bike was not ready, in fact they are yet to start the work!They havent done even water wash, but they have charged for that also, after the service the chain got slackend and some noise is coming while ringing the bike. And i have doubt about other works also ( spark plug cleaning, injector cleaning etc.)The panels of bike got scars because, they wiped with some kind of oil , without having a proper waterwash.

Very very worst service ever I seen. They’re took 4 days only for service . Pay 12000 for service not worth of cost. If I go out of showroom within 1500 will get better service. I have never seen the worst service like here. Pls don’t go anyone here. They damaged my parts , I don’t want them to replace have to obey their fault.

Very worst service i ever facedi bought Yamaha fz blackwhile providing RC book they provided the wrong information that vehicle color is blue.i am trying to get correct RC book it has been three months they are still processing this work and i didnt get any proper update from them.

Its an Yamaha authorised dealer and they service is highly professional, but cost is too high compared to other service centers. I would prefer servicing with my local technician who charge me around Rs.2500 to 3000, compared to Yamaha authorised service center who estimated the cost around Rs.18000 to 21000.

Service was good.Staff were courteous however the person addressed us was little impatient in explaining stuff initially.Facility was clean and the customers lounge was neatTotal turn around time 15 mins for the whole visit👍Though the parking might be little tricky as the road on which service center located has high traffic all through the day and needless to say its a one way.........🙂

My first time experience in bikerz. I previously used to give my scooter for service elsewhere and I was very much comfortable there. Since I wasnt able to travel so long, I was looking for best service centres and of course, no one would easily take a decision, I gave my scooter and went home with a heavy heart. But when I saw my scooter in a brand new condition, I was stunned and then made my mind that this is the place. Thank you so very much for the amazing service. Truly astonished after the results. ❤️ Please continue to provide the same service.Also, special mention to the person who was extremely polite and patient while I was providing the details to him. Excellent purchase and service experience. Clearly explained features of all the vehicles of interest, allowed test drives and provided competitive quote. Purchase process was seamless and they remind you regularly about pending free service etc and also intimate on time when the RC is available. During these times, they also provide the much needed difficulty to accommodate customer needs.

I went yesterday to buy spare parts , the person sitting in the sales is very arrogant and not customer friendly at all.. I asked for a rectifier , he gave one.. I asked him to show another one to check the difference , he was very adamant not to show another one.. sitting in sales , he cant even satisfy customers..dont know how he works there.. he didnt give any bill also.. very worst..very arrogant and adamant.. I m sure all the customers will be treated very badly by him..

Worst people management and gaps in conveying about the features/options .I can say irresponsible manager of taking care in customer satisfaction. Providing the incorrect manual book for different version and looting the free service options . I have purchased R15 v3 2021 model BSVI when they conveyed about the service details is different and when they delivery it was different along with that prices are increasing based on people. While getting the Quotation the price is different and once you done with booking of initial payment, They will ask extra payment while making final settlement as new price is increased in market and so on.Provided bills only for ex-showroom price and not for on-road.On next week my friend purchased the same bike in same showroom . He is getting different service details . When i asked him about the conflict to manager. Manager Ramesh is such a liar and giving all unnecessary reason and its not justified my concerns. Even my friend bike got delivered after many fights and chase up . Dont refer this dealer.Guys - Please check the proper details before buying the bike especially in BIKERZ showroom . People are providing fake details and while delivering blaming on Yamaha brand .Latest updates on 20th March 2021I am not able to reply on this comments hence editing on same page .After posted my concern . I got a call from grivence team (CRM) .She asked about all my concerns and the same has been forwarded to bikerz MD .They have did a favour to me as much as possible.Thanks for your great support Sangeetha from CRM . I bought yamaha fz bs6 v3 on 26 feb 2020. It has been a year till now i didnt recieve rc book original . I have been continously contacting yamaha bikerz alandur showroom , every time when i enquire about the rc original they tell some reasons like rc book is not printed and not recieved from rto office. When i went and enquired in rto in person they informed me that the rc book has been printed on 9 th march 2020 and collected by some mediator authorized by bikerz yamaha. When i informed the showroom manager about this he said they dont know about the mediator who collected the rc book such a irresponsible reply which i got. I have been trying since last march for original rc book. I request the higher authorities to enquire and take action otherwise iam forced to take legal action against the showroom and the manager.please kindly do the needfull action

Starting from the inquiry over phone to delivery of the Bike at showroom, we had a comfortable experience with the showroom. The showroom manager is kind and guided throughout the process. I believe the same will be extended in future also for service and other suppprt. The showroom has wide display of bikes in multiple colours.

Ive got my FZ serviced in 3 Authorised Yamaha service stations across Velachery and OMR road, but this is the one service where I was completely satisfied. I have been hearing noise from the front fork everytime I hit a pothole for the past two years. Inspite of mentioning the complaint evrytime the bike is given for service, the real cause was never identified. But I did not even mention this complaint to them, but they called me after the test drive and told me that work has to be done on the T and the fork for this. Though prices tend to be on the higher side comparatively, their technical shrewdness and service quality is awesome for which the price is justified.

I purchased fz25 from hereBefore the payment i was told bike will be delivered within 2-3 working days maximum and WITH REGISTRATION..Finally my bike was delivered after 7 days.My name is wrong in insurance copy and RC BOOK..I told the person to get it corrected it was corrected for the 2nd time again it is wrong..Basically they are not interested to provide you service after your payment..Today i received bike after 1st service..the person who collected bike is very overconfident!! And he simply dont listen to what you say..he only tells what he know..ok my job is to get my bike service done i left it and took my bike out of showroom after service .i called the same overconfident person and asked him why seat and mud guards are not cleaned ..i got reply pressure of gun is not enough ..I asked him to give me a wet cloth then i got it cleaned!!!This is the heights of laziness and overconfidence in this showroom..I by mistake purchased bike from this outlet i would never recommend anyone..

Sale Time service is good.. They care for your issues.They made errors In RTO documents & bike insurance Nominee details and not rectifying it. They are saying its not big deal. Doesnt matter.Then after when you come for bike services. Its Not that Good. They argue instead of listening to your issues. Service mechanics are harsh peopleObviously better Than RajI am attaching pic of CRM incase if anyone has issues with them.

Very bad service they billed me 9k and not satisfied at all they changed most of the major parts but still few problems coming. service staff not clearing the issue in full i had to go twice after a full paid service and i faced small issues again and again.

Unsatisfied service, even for a small issue solve they will ask one day time duration, i think this is one trick for stopping customers voice. I gave my bike to them for repair from damage they created another problems sensor display areas. Better to ignore this service center
