Slow service. After asking too many times they give us water. Otherwise food quality is good and worth for money.

Worst food served for marriage hall. Mutton and chicken looks redish inside, means frozen and cooked. Taste of Briyani was like tamarind rice.

Stayed for a family wedding at the same venue. Booked a classic room. Compact room with basic amenities. Bathroom space was very cramped so a well built person would suffer restricted movements during bath. Mosquitoes visit often so better to take some precautions. Otherwise suitable for short stay and emergency needs.

This place offers more than Rooms, Bar and Barbecue. They also have 3 banquet halls of different sizes which can host small meetings/ceremonies to marriages. Food is tasty, staff helpful and services are good.

Party hall was good. Food was ok.

We booked 6 deluxe rooms for 12 of our guests. Rooms were decent. But the attached dining food was worst.The hotel staffs took a lot of time to serve the food. And they served 1day old rice for lunch for all my guests. The rice was ice cold and it was smelling. All my guests came out without eating. On top of this, we had to pay for this unclean spoilt food. The staffs in the dining area were extremely unfriendly and rude.I strongly don’t recommend this place for eating.This hotel food needs be investigated by the Food corporation department.

Id planned dinner at BBQ on womens day with my family. I ws very disappointed with degraded services, even sub standard food with cheap items as a part of menu.Maintenance and poor house keeping including the dress and hygiene of staff..I didnt expect such lousy experience..Every part, cost cutting ws so prominent.Think twice before you choose BBQ Vadapalani one for any occasion..

I did reserve the accommodation two weeks prior through bhimaas reception desk contact number.I did offer to pay advance. However, bhimaas hotel reception desk staff refused to accept. They confirmed reservation and guaranteed lodging.One week prior to lodging date, family visited bhimaas hotel and check the rooms and reservation. Even then hotel staff refused to accept advance for the accommodation and guaranteed lodging.Two days prior to lodging, I called hotel several times for confirmation.Finally, hotel staff said rooms are fully booked and they dont have any reservation in my name.It was worst response from the hotel.They dont keep up the commitment to the customers.

No proper response and want to point out one person name JAYA who knows nothing about customer service.I booked marriage hall there and since we didnt choose their vendors for photography and other services they treated them with at most hatred . They need to improve the maintenance and parking area. Went there for a wedding. Rooms are very tiny and not even cleaned properly. Need to improve.

No walk-ins was a disappointing

We had hosted our Daughters Engagement Ceremony this Month at Crown Hall in Bhimaas Temple Tree.Around 360 people had attended...Overall it was an awesome experience,right from the Booking Enquiry stage till the time the Function was over.The Hospitality,Ambience,Air conditioning effect,Food service and taste and the support and commitment from staff and Management was exemplary.My thundering applause to the Team and Management of Bhimaas who have make the Event a memorable one to cherish for us.I Strongly Recommend to one and all to visit this place before you finalise a venue for your Family Function in Chennai.

Excellent staff. We had our daughter Durshas birthday party with 50 plus people for second time in this place. It was a very nice experience all two years. Very pleasant ambience and good food and effordable price. We would like to thank the manager Mr. Satheesh for his advice on planning the amount of food needed (veg & non-veg) for 50 plus people. Also he did all the hall decoration and overall coordination until the end. Team lead Lavanya and other staff were very helpful through out the party. All the asined staff helped dynamically on table arrangements to place the cake, photo shoot, and dining tables arrangements, serving food on demand, etc. Also, for few people they arranged take away food parcels. There was no extra charges, only charges for food only.I would recommend to everyone. Thanks again.

BHIMAAS TEMPLE TREE HOTEL Is in Vadapalani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600026. This is a very good place to enjoy and have a very comfortable stay. The rooms here are very neat and clean. Food served here is very tasty and delicious. They have very spacious two wheeler and four wheeler parking area. Its easily visible from a high traffic area

My daughter celebrated my 75th birth day party in this hotel. The banquet hall they allotted was very beauty full and spacious. We booked the party for 180 people. The entire experience at this hotel was very breezy and unforgettable.PLUS: 1.The Managing Director Mr. Sambath. A very cordial and very responsive gentleman. He took care of every corner of this event and made it a grand success. My special thanks to him.2. The coordinator Miss. Priya. A dynamic lady and a good find plus a trusted asset for this hotel. Untried administrator with answers on her finger tips. My thanks to her for following the party right from the booking till the end of packing. 3. Next thanks to the Ch eff and his team for presenting a very delicious food at an affordable price. The buffet was a well arranged one and every guest was very much overwhelmed by the treatment received from the entire team. 4. This hotel is centrally located with spacious car park which can accommodate 180 cars. My best wishes for the entire team.

Would recommend that, please keep the value of the money you ask. Im quite certain that for the money we paid we could have got much much better hotel with all facilities..and would recommend only of you are much out of option. and kindly consider the bathrooms..I really do not know how someone could use. those who have stayed would know what I mean..there is no place to turn. if some one of quite good built would not be able to enter and cross the closet because between the wall and closed its just a leg space that sometimes we may have to jump and crossover..no space to even stretch hands

The taste of the food items served were really good. There is no doubt in that. Star rating was because of the following reasons:1) Cost per leaf isn’t justified as against the number of items and the quantity served.2) No proper organising. There was a chaos. They have 2 halls. Instead of segregating 1 in the Veg & one for Non-Veg, they started serving in the same hall.3) There was no consistency when it came to serving the items. While first batch got few items, 2nd batch got different items, 3rd batch got different items. This should be avoided.Mutton was cooked well. Biryani is worth it. They could improve it.

Good Hotel with great food and ambiance. We had our brothers reception at their 2nd floor hall yesterday and it was well organized with great food. We invited almost 600 guests and the function went without a hitch. The live dosa counter was extraordinary. We booked 10 rooms for our guests. Each and everyone appreciated the service. Kudos to the team at Bhimaas.

This is about the banquet hall.Banquet hall office had promised a hall for some x no. of person, we negotiated and prices were finalized, but when we visited back to book the hall, they said they can only provide us a smaller hall than what was promised, when asked they suggested to increase the number of persons and only then they can provide the promised hall, feeling unfair we opted out. But if this is their business tactics, please get the deal confirmed and then freeze Bhimaas or you will waste your time and energy.Reply to Bhimas:Dear Vinoth, hope you didnt understand what the real problem is or you have not enquired anything about the problem before you replied. A hall was promised for 60 pax and when we went to book the promised hall (NOTE THE PAX WERE NOT DECREASED), we were asked to INCREASE the number of pax to 100 or we have to opt a smaller hall. I have not added any name or other stuffs, if you want I can scan all the price list and call log with the name. It is better to correct than justifying, Thanks.I have already booked another banquet hall, so am not looking for justice or escalating, but I just share my experience in the Google review

Lacking proper display of Rest rooms,wash place,etc.,No proper Reception&guiding for visiting guests.Water leakages,clogging,and slipping wet floor are common in function Halls.In my opinion 3 star rating is fitting.

Visited the hotel to attend a meeting. Meeting hall is on the second floor which is centrally air-conditioned. Can accommodate around 400 persons. South Indian Snacks & Tea/Coffee were served which were tasty. Ideally located in Vadapalani, ample car-parking facility is there, but it needs to be covered with tar or concrete cement for parking vehicles safely. Overall I found it a good hotel, but there is scope for further improvements.

In Brief - Celebrated my little one 1st birthday @ Crown hall, Bhimas. Starting from enquiry till the end the function all went smoothly. To name few Nandhini, Lavanya, Raja & Banquet lead. Food & Ambiance was good. Thank you all.

Washrooms have a sewage stink from toxic gases which come up. Otherwise washroom and room were clean. Staff helpful. They even changed our room, on request but the next rooms washroom had the same stink. Breakfast was good.

The rooms shown to us in a particular category was different from what was given (for same category). The room was stinking, probably not occupied or cleaned for ages. When I requested the staff to clean, I was told a room freshener would be sprayed!! After losing my patience over the issue, I requested them to give me a different room. After lazing around for close to 2 hours (late night), we were given a different room which was just a touch better (was cleaned then for us- probably would have been as bad as the earlier one had we walked in straight). Had to continuously persist, sit in reception to get alternative room. The biggest surprise/shock was that no hot water facility would be available beyond the morning hours. When demanded for atleast a couple of buckets, we were promised hot water by 3am which never happened. Didnt bother checking their wifi. From the ruckus other guests were creating in reception, I understood things werent great. After putting up with the ordeal for a night, we shifted to another far better hotel for similar room charges!!Pros : abundant car parking, proximal to vadapalani temple, metro and 100 feet road. Availability of bar May attract liqour lovers.Cons: just a bloody shady place. Stay away if u are considering for a family.

Plenty of buses for different routes. But space shortage and still parking place is needed for all route buses. Also cleanliness is being maintained by authorities. But public has to co-operate with govt by obeying the regulations.

The rooms are nice for a long sleep in. Comfortable beds and cleanliness of rooms was not upto the mark, there was dust on the floors. Their bathrooms are generally depressing, wish they brightened them up with paint and some different lighting. Service can be much better.

We ordered food for 100 peoples on my marriage. The food was not good. They didnt serve water also. Though its buffet, they didnt arrange it properly, Very worst and very disappointing on my big day.We only had idli. Even the idli is not cooked properly. its tasted very average. Very disappointing on my marriage. Plz avoid having food in this hotel for bluk order.Hotel was good and ambience is superb. Management is not responding properly.For bluk order for 50 or 100 people for any functions, plz dont go for it.

It is located near Vadapalani temple. Easily accessible by road and metro. Not centralised A/C as indicated. Free breakfast. But I have not utilised. Good for a short time stay.

Rooms and toilets arent that clean and there are mosquitos at night and when asked at the reception for a mosquito repellent the guy said they dont have anything like that. The reception called up by telephone at midnight asking for balance payment, would have been good if they were considerate enough to think that we might be sleeping during that time and waited till morning for asking for the payment. Sometimes there was a pungent smell in the room and hallway, would be good if they keep some sort of air freshener.

Worst food Ive ever tasted on 17th Apr19 lunch. Took my entire family of 12 mrmbers. Ordered chicken biryani, Mutton biryan, vegetable briyani, veg fried rice, chicken fried rice + meals. All were pathetic. We waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes and only 2 people were serving the customers ( there were nearly 20) No plates were kept and then we have to ask for plates, no water kept, need to ask for it, need to ask for raitha, need to ask for each and everything. Few orders didnt came but the waiter said its been delivered. Had to argue with him. Finally after waiting for such a long time the food was pathetic. Called the supervisor and asked him to taste all the food. He tasted and apologised for the inconvenience and said none of the food is good today.

Service was not good

Went for a wedding reception on 17 February 2019. Almost everyone was highly disappointed about the worst ever service, the uncleaned, dirty and torn white covers provided for the chairs in the hall and torn carpet on the stage. The dining hall was badly maintained and without proper cloth covers on the tables. Chairs were in bad condition scattered here & there. No provision for washing hands in the dining hall after dinner. We had to go out of the hall to the stinking toilets for washing and the stink makes you vomit what one eats. It was a buffet dinner The food was so bad that some guests ate half and left the hall. Paneer sabji made without paneer, roti folded inside so called naan, curd rice was made of watery buttermilk. Raitha was not made in curd - it looked and tasted as if onions were dipped in water used to wash the curd vessel. Flexible roasted finely broken papads. On the whole web had the worst food ever. No proper service and the hotel does not know how to present a proper buffet dinner. We had also occupied few rooms for us and our guests. The wash room in all these rooms were extremely dirty and stinking and we complained several times to the house keeping office and to the supervisors at the reception but no one bothered at all. We were told that cleaning staff not available on the day. On the whole HIS THE WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN IN CHENNAI. My advice to others. Look for some other better hotel for your functions to avoid disappointment later.

Very spacious rooms which comes with an extra bed. Excellent location opposite to Vadapalani metro station and close to the famous Vadapalani murugan temple A resto bar is also there. The forum mall is also there behind the metro stationAmple parking is available

This hotel is worth the money you pay. Rooms are small. Best part is its close to metro station and iconic Vadapalani Aandavar Temple. Basic amenities. Service is average.It also have a Pub and Barbecue Nation if you wanna have some time with your family or friends.

We stayed in this for a night only because we had my cousins Reception was planned there that evening.I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this hotel even to my enemy. Pictures speak more than words. Just look at the untidy headrest of the cot, torn/worn out curtains, uncleaned washbasin, open ended wires etc etc. Heaters and Air-conditioning didnt work either in Deluxe room (can you imagine paying 3500rs and not having any basic facilities?!?).PS: All the good reviews looks scripted to me! Just avoid staying at this place.

The room is cramped.They ask for a cash deposit of Rs 200 for providing the key for accessing your own room 😩The bath room is too small and there was no water leave alone hot water. Coffee was served in plastic cups like in the train LoL😊Only positive feature is its location, popular Vadapalani Murugan is nearby ie only if you are inclined to visit temples 👠Every thing except the location !!

The staff in the hotel are courteous. The rooms look like studio type and were small, particularly the bathrooms. It is visible that the management is trying to refurbish the hotel. One major point is the stench you get in the room. It has more to do with the ventilation as I see that the right side is completely enclosed and there is no room for any air circulation.

Attended a Meeting here. Convenient Location. Just 3 minutes walk from Vadapalani Metro.Hotel Entrance doesnt inspire much. In the Evening it was so dark, without any Light on the Sign Board.Meeting Hall was Good with Good Seating Arrangements. Hall Capacity is about 300 People. But Food served was not that great.

A 3-star property let down by a poor maintenance to a single star shack.Pros - Location, on the main road just by the metro station. Good space for parking. Sheets are changed and fresh. Complimentary breakfast.Cons - (where do I start!). Toilets are filthy, plumbing fittings are rusted, and theres no sign of any furniture being cleaned. See pics.It appears that this hotel does not have any maintenance whatsoever. There are no maintenance staff and everything from the AC, plumbing, lighting etc. are being managed by the house keeping staff.So, considering the location and parking convenience, good for a night for bachelors and backpackers on a budget. Definitely not recommended for families.

The rooms were neat but small. The bathroom was more like a cubby hole. The temple is a stones throw away from the famous Murugan Temple. Ample Car parking. It is ideal stay for visitors who are planning a one night stay with an early morning visit to the temple. For people who have business in the city, other stay options within the city could be explored.
