Very worst response from bank employees @ ambattur, chennai branch. Since we are calling and asking quiere the bank peoples are not responsibility for the call and disconntecting.... One good day they attend the call and inform to send the issues by mail and no response for more than a week. BOB has to been have an eye on the bank management..... Very very very worst

I had approached this branch for my homeloan take over from other bank and overseas educational loan for my son.I gave all the documents including legal opinion and valuation report as specified by the bank.After all this time consuming effort the officer incharge of BOB informed that they cannot process the homeloan take over and overseas educational loan due to some overdue period days shownin my cibil report which has good score.This they could have done before starting the process so that I could have saved my time and money.I had to collect all my documents submitted from the officer who was not supporting at all from the beginning nor gave any proper guidance.I approached other banks they informed that the reason given by BOB for not processing the loan is not valid.Any way I am not at all satisfied with their services and my association with them will end in near future and will not recommend BOB,Ambattur branch to any of my friends and relatives.Thanks.

Mails and challan are in hindi and english. How many of customers know hindi to understand your mails and challan. Please remove hindi and put tamil.

Terrible service. No one ever answers the phone. All the staff are laid back and do not attend to customers problems pro actively. No one will ever answer the landline at the Ambattur Branch.

Operating in Tamil Nadu, hindhi was used as first name a worst act by bank of Baroda. Remove hindhi and replace with Tamil or English

During the lockout period I had some problem in operating my account through BOB app. I called the branch office over phone and the dealing staff was kind enough to solve my problem without my going to the bank.
