Nice ambiance and nice food. We had a buffet lunch on a Saturday. They had a very good spread of North Indian, South Indian, a bit of Chinese & some Continental dishes with a decent option as deserts as well. They also had the Pizza & Pasta counter to add to the variety. All of it at a reasonable budget.
Had buffet lunch ..myself vegetarian lunch; but non vegetarian lunch also available. Chicken soup, Fish finger as starter, buffet lunch, fruits and sweets .. including sugar-free sweet at Hotel Accord .. good hygienic environment.. quality food at reasonable prices.. thanks
Very good food and lots of variety for both veg and non veg. The dessert variety is huge and the drinks need a little bit of improvement. All things considered a very good experience.
Buffet spread is good. Food quality and service is great. Will recommend this for family get-togethers and other functions.
The foods great and the staff there are very professional and polite....overall a really good experience.
The food was awesome. Beyond my expectation. The ambience was good as usual. The staffs were very hospitable. Special appreciation to Mr. Vignesh. Keep it on guys.
Nice ambiance and mesmerizing place for photo shoot. Foods are good especially salads👍 fentastic place to stay in mid of the city
Really good food. Everything is perfectly sanitized. Super friendly staff and good coordinator. Could have more dishes on the set menu.

Very nice tasty food.Friendly staffCovid protocol followed correctly
This is located in hotel Accord Metropolitan. Got a deal from NearBuy app of ₹500 off on the original priced ₹1200 buffet price. The starters and soups were served on the table. The Veg starter had Panner Tikka, Chaat and Pani Puri. The non veg starters had Chicken, egg and fish. The Fish starter was only good. They had a variety of salads to drool on. The main course had biriyani, rice, chicken, mutton, Panner and Breads. They have also Live pasta and Pizza counter. The desserts variety were more. Some dessert were very sweet. Overally it was a descent buffet.
Went to The Brick Oven today for a Saturday lunch buffet and wasnt disappointed a bit. The spread was huge and filled scrumptious desserts, starters and main course. There were 3 veg and 3 non veg starters around 20 desserts and a tasty main course. The place was buzzing with people, tasty food smell and ambiance was pretty good too. Itd be a 10/10 at ambiance if they had a little better ventilation. Coming to the staff, the staff was warm and welcoming with their conduct and smile. Special appreciation to the manager Charles, Devi, Praveen and chef Arjun. Also not to forget the cooks making fresh and sizzling stuffs out there. Over all Id give it a 9/10 for the ambience, staff, conduct and mainly the food(DESSERTSS!!!)Its 101% satisfaction for all the sweet tooths in the house!
Buffet here is excellent! Gutti Vankaya Koora was particularly memorable. Desserts were are also excellent.
This is a restaurant within the The Accord Metropolitan Hotel. The ambience is layed back and relaxed. We went for a breakfast buffet, the spread was really good. The staff were welcoming and accommodative. We also loved the way how the buffet was segregated into European, South Indian, American and North Indian clusters. The cheese platter had a good variety of improved cheeses. Over-all, a good place to do an relaxed Sunday breakfast.
Taste and ambience is good . But the buffet menu is really outdated. They need to work on the weekend menu
Lovely ambience, great hospitality. Restaurant manager - Mr.Charles & the Chef Mr.Dinesh Negi were so good and take great care of their clients . Mutton Biryani was one of the bestest & the dessert spreads were so elaborate.
Its ok to be there for any type of simple, descent and neat buffet. The cost for 1200 is costly when it is compared with the menu. Deserts were good to have with different cuisine. Otherwise have just limited Starters and Main course for both Veg and Non Veg. You cant find a reason to fill your hunger.
Lot of items. Taste is okay only.
Nice ambience and good choice of food....tried buffet
The buffet was blissful. We reached by 1:30. The welcome was good and we were shown to our seats. Soups and starters alone are served to the tables. One plate veg and one plate non veg was served. The fish fingers were total bliss. And the chicken kebab was very tender and juicy. The salad course had almost 6 types. And we can ask more for specific ones or for a plate of all of them. Main course had some variety and the best thing was the podis they had kept side to the stema rice. The Thai basil noodles was exceptional. And the fun desert part hit only the low points. The chocolate truffle was awesome. Thought the chiffon orange cake and the Red velvet left the palatte with a strong taste of egg after the meal. Overall it was wonderful experience for me and my wife. Loves the ambience too.
A good restaurant to have a good meal, though options for vegetarians are less (compared to NV lovers)Can have a good time alongwith family or friends or colleagues
Everything is good except the cake I had
We were so excited about our lunch here but ended up being little disappointed.. The first thing that bothered us is the starters.. The starters were so limited nevertheless it tasted good and the main course were good but not so great.. The service was very slow. However, the staffs are very friendly and they served us with smile on their face even after after complains about the delay.. They had a huge spread for desserts and it was the highlight of the entire lunch.. Especially their Belgium Chocolate Pastry was to die for..Hope they would increase the spread bit more and speed up their service..
Great food, meticulously prepared with a balance. The Chef deserves a special thanks for getting the diverse nature of dishes closer to their orginal authenticity. Excellent service with attention to detail and hygiene standards. The Restaurant Manager Mr.Charles made the visit a memorable one with a personalised touch. Worth a visit again.
No buffet due to COVID 19. Ala Carte. Limited menu options. Food, as always, tastes good. Service is good. 👍
Nice, beautifully presented with a very good quality piece by piece,. You can enjoy the food
Food quality is good and staff are kind👍
Very tasty buffet.. good service....
The coffee shop at The Accord Metropolitan. The buffet spread is fine, but nothing to rave about. Open till late hours, so a good option for a quick bite during late hours. We ordered a tiramisu which hadnt set completely, it tasted poor. We sent it back, however the staff still charged us for it. They did offer us a slice of cheesecake as a goodwill gesture, but we didnt want it. This experience should have been handled better, specially since the establishment boasts a 5 star service.
Excellent taste and service
Heavenly experience , As i went at a time of Easter , decoration was theme based on waster egg and bunny food was excellent , starters were amazing , vegetarians had wider choice of food than Non vegetarians , As it was special occasion of easter many easter special cake and chocolate items where present , The hospitality was good worth for money ,As the name suggests Brick Oven they have a setup of brick like oven
Nice spread..
Great ambience and taste
Much satisfied and treated good by staffs and attendars
A small but cosy place to eat and enjoy. Everyone is in a trance of commitment to serve. Varieties of food for a food loving person. Swift service with a smile. No hesitation in serving. Very professional atmosphere.
Nuce food, ambience is ok
The well maintained Ambience is most attractive one.. with friendly staff ... But the quality of food is much disappointing, feel not worth the money, we found insects in the sauces on request they replaced , and few insects where on the dishes placed ... Very disappointing.. the management should pay attention to such things... Otherwise its a best place to spare time...
Love it. Great food and ambience.
Good food and good hospitalality🙏👌👍
We booked a buffet, Good food, nothing to complain, but nothing very exotic as well. The dessert spread was very good. It had so many that we just could not taste everything!
The coffee shop offers a decent dining experience. As usual, live counters are a must try. The place is usually crowded during breakfast/lunch/dinner time.
Place is nice for family dinner. Buffet choice can be a little better in terms of variety of the dishes. Rest all good.
Wonderful food taste. Above they have great people who treated us lovely while serving. Absolutely mind blowing.
Average, nothing extra ordinary
It was good. We had dinner buffet. Main course and side dishes especially for non veg should have been better. Dessert are too good.especially carrot halwa is out of world.
Good food, loved the ambience.
Great all you can eat buffet. Would definitely recommend the freshly prepared naans and the amazing dessert spread. Only drawback is the cost. The place is quite pricey.
The place is quiet congested at times. Food and service are very average. Ambience is good.
There were lot of varieties of food available. Starting from the sweets, fruits, tiffin items, juice, salads everything were very delicious. It was worth the cost.
Good service! Great selection of desserts! Average main course options! Pizza was burnt and made without any sauce!
Food taste is very good
The theme of Halloween was surprisingly good and implemented well in the dishes. Staffs working here are polite a d the food excellent.
Tasty cuisine. You can choose not spicy meals along vegeterian and spicy
Great value for money. Good food with great service
Was initially sceptical about this place considering the distance from office, but we planned a team lunch and visited for the lunch buffet. Awesome food, great ambience and some of the items on the menu were really exotic and tasty. The menu we were offered contained a fusion mix of meditteranean and local dishes. And one welcome addition was the multiple beef dishes that were on offer. The live pizza was both fast and tasty.Helpful and friendly staff. Overall a great experience.
Very good spread. Tasty food friendly staff.
Ok. Limited starters and spread of main course. Salads and desserts are good.
Excellent 👌😊
It was good buffet spread with lots of options & live counters. The deserts were exceptional. Unlimited beer was also included.
One of the best buffet in town. Its best for ambience. Had a great week end.
Ambience is good. Service is good. Non veg variety is less. Veg variety is more.desserts are too much and tasty.
Absolutely not worth it. I cook much better
Have been going there for years but this visit was after a long time. They are consistent in the quality of their food and the ambience
Ambience, food, service etc.
Food was light. Right amount of spices. Customized food for kids. Had a. Good time.
Ambiance was good. Service was good and food was good
Excellent food& excellent waiter serving.Buffet breakfast, lunch dinner were loaded with varieties of food items with delicious fresh fruits. Will vist again on Nov 3rd.
Nice place, good food, had some authentic South Indian cuisine, and must admit, it was well made
Quality has gone down drastically. Very poor service quality, water was served in dirty glasses with sediments. The situation was handled poorly as well.Wouldnt recommend it.
Brick Oven in Accord Metropolitan Chennai has excellent buffet lunch and menu. Relatively less crowded and affordably priced, you can have a smart business lunch or a leisure lunch with family.
Great place to spend your valuable time and good food.
Food was not as expected, not good at all.No of choices were very less and not tasty at all.Service was pathetic. Definetely not a place for team lunch.
Food taste very good. Both starter and main course. Soup was very bad. Starter served very slowly.
Not so good except for ambience. Dint serve enough quantity in buffet.
Good food great ambience
Lowest food spread ever i had in a buffet
It was a very bad experience. I booked the lunch bufflet from Bookmyshow. The total amount which I paid was 790 rs. Bookmyshow issued me with confirmation id and my booking was confirmed. When i reached to brick oven, the manager checked my booking and told me that the price which i booked is not applicable for that day. It is a mistake from Bookmyshow booking. They asked me to pay 1000 plus something extra to allow me to have the bufflet. Otherwise asked me to leave and initiate a refund from Bookmyshow. It was a terrible experience, since after booking they treated the customer like this. We all knw bookmyshow send the confirmation to customer after confirmation from restaurant/event management. But dont knw why bookyshow and this brick oven kept arguing over my booking. I finally left the venue without eating anything. Its a insult for any customer. I will not recommend anyone to book here from third party app.
Good ambience. Courteous staff..but not trained enough to the level expected of them
Nice variety of starters, main course and desserts. The taste was good too.
Food is not that good as expected and as colored to the cost.... Very few starters and staff are serving them after we request them for multiple times.... Verry bad.... Many deserts are there and can be tried only because of deserts
Good food not excellent but not bad too
No good spread and whats on it aint that great to remember by. Pizzas are really good. Id just eat the pizzas there but not worth your buffet price.
Good foof
The brick oven,. The food and the presentation was so bad.. definitely not worth it..
Great place. Good food
Chef Venkatesh Bhatts recipe satisfies every taste bud. Must visit for buffet. Can improve the service a bit. It takes longer time to get drinks.
Worst ever service from the restaurant, the environment and service from the people there was worst, no items were served properly and dead flies were found on the dishes, poor quality foods and very less variety. The food is not at all worth the price you pay. *PLEASE DONT GO EVER AGAIN*
