Drinking water tumblers and plants are rusty and just simply cleaned....1.chicken briyani tast 60% ok2.butter Nan are not baked on corners3.server are given medium response to attender...and wash rooms are clean and well maintained so good 👍...it have western toilet 🚻so very comfortable for high way people who for long drive...Its located on high way

Taste was good, authentic arcot style!! Quality & Quantity is really good, seating arrangements can me made better. What j dont like is the attitude of servers, may be not enough staff to serve!! I dont know exactly but they are very slow, send like they didnt even worried about the customers for giving a cup of water

Biriyani was too good, I would personally order. I visit again, the only trouble is shortage of service. Had to wait for few minutes. But overall it was good.

First of all while entering the shop, the man in the counter gives a weird look and answers without any sign of welcoming tone. Then ordered chicken kushka(empty biryani), and when asked about the price, server told it is ₹80, biryani rice is a kind of not so appreciated but not regretted thing. After completed eating while paying at counter, i paid 80 and showed the payment screen, he looks as if Ive cheated and was giving the vomitting look, i asked is it okay? Then he told in a rude tone its ₹90, tried to be calm, i told thats not issue but your server told ₹80, and paid remaining amoumt. In this whole incident i was treated as if i was eating for free or done worse than that. Customer service is horribly terrible.A Restaurant on a common note, should provide taste, quality, hygiene, good pricing & best customer service to retain a spot in the mind of customers.. That will encourage us to go again.. If going single or eating for less is considered cheap in this case, tomorrow theyll bring 10 people from friends or family, and everyone of them will bring a bunch of people if service is good. Thats how business turned into an empire.

Yeah the food and service was really good. But the food wasnt freah, fresh means its not hot. It was like it is prepared already. And the quantity was less too. Besides the taste was really good.

Chicken Malai Tikka is the best here. Biryani is also a must try

Best biriyani i ever seen in Kelambakkam area and good quality and quantity. Should improve dining cum service. There is no good biryani than near by and in Zomato also.
