The Petrol dispersed in this pump is very much trueto their hoardings PURE FOR SURE They never cheat their customerwhile filling petrol to their vehicle. i would recommend to every oneto use this petrol pump. Only hitch I have with this pump is they chargemore than any other petrol pump in Chennai City.

Good service and I like their work for engine oil and coolant replacement , the staff are friendly and nice workmanship they exhibit. Planning to change engine oil this is the place to look out for during weekdays, weekends are generally busy given the city chennai. So, best is to look out for during weekdays.

Shell fuel are pricey than normal, however they yield extra mileage and performance. The fuel stations are well maintained and they offer front windsheild mirror cleaning on complimentary basis. The staff are courteous.

With certain expectations we r visiting shell by paying higher price. I have faced the problem that no air could be filled as first no person available, after five minutes he came and then also couldnt be filled, as there was a technical problem. Earlier once face similar problem, that after 7 a.m. only it is available.

1. All the Lanes are mostly available, because of which you can avoid rush.2. They accept all kinds of payments, no need to worry about that.3. You also have a 24hour store, which includes coffee, drinks and snacks.4. If you buy oil from them, the labour charges are free of cost.Only downside is, the price of the fuel will be little bit high than normal places.

Fuel price is little bit high compare to others,but mileage is good and engine noise is getting smooth .... Am using this almost 4yrs...

The experience on filling petrol was good. As the brand Shell they follow the same in all bunks.

Now they have started point scheme. In that scheme while we filling fuel they are giving some points to customers through mobile app. Sometimes they asking QR Code for adding points and sometimes pump operators asking our mobile number for adding points. They telling that we will add your points in 10 mins. But the points are not added by them. They cheating us.

Disappointing Service! I generally ditch all bunkes and fill at only shell for two reasons. Quality and Service. Though the outlet is good and well place, but was disappointed with recent experience. I filled up and went to fill up the air. The Air filling person who was standing at a distance didnt bother to come. I waited like 5 mins and left. Never going there again.

The old glory is reducing day by day..Attenders are limited.. our waiting time is high.Biggest issue is their Bill is Microscopically Small.. they dont have technology to print a legible bill for high value purchases. They will give 2 sq. Inch Bills even if you fill for Rs.3,000/-.

I visited Shell shop for having some lunch with my friends. We had maagii and egg rolls. It was awesome and they prepare everything once we order them. All items available and all kinds of juices and snacks available. Its 24/7 open.

My bike is kind of sensitive to where I put petrol, and I could feel a difference when compared to a few other shell petrol pumps and I love that shell in general has a small 24/7 dispensary inside. I usually stop here to get some snacks while returning home after working late

Quality of Petrol/ Remains to be top class. The attitude/ behaviour of their staff is deteriorating. I filled fuel today @ 7.50hrs (16/1/20) the staff kept the petrol gun and left to another car. I had to call him and inform,it was complete. He was possibly arguing with some client , I asked him to remove and bill it. Inspite of being the first car, he started billing for the other car which came later. He made some comments. I had to walk to the bill counter and get this completed.
