Been to this place multiple times before Covid19. After corona, this is the first time came to the place. Few customer are dining in. There used to be rush all the time here but today there is none. Ordered mini meals which costed Rs.66 and it was good.

Nice hotel to have south indian breakfast. Try podi idli here and chakara pongal.. you will love it. North Indians who are fond of sounth indian food must visit Murugan idli restaurant. Dont miss it.

We need to accept a fact that it serves its unique food like podi idly etc . Preparation was not up to the mark . We could taste half cooked vada . Food was also very costly when compared to others .No space for 4 wheelers .overall it is loosing( I would not say with competation ) its charm and brand with the customers .

Its just hype, nothing mind boggling or taste to boast about and its too costly for the kind of food that is being served. You simply get better taste/quality in HSB or A2B at similar pricing and even better at local eateries. Just imagine you are paying a premium for regular food that too not complete (you buy idly and they give a sorry face stating no coconut chutney - seriously! 😡😠)

Terrible services! I asked for basic white chutney and they didnt provide that enough. I went there especially for the chutney to bring home and he told me well give it to you only if you buy something from us, and I agreed to that and bought 3 idlis as well but still he refused to provide enough chutney. The manager literally told me dont come here next time The other branches are WAY BETTER than this Perambur one. PLEASE DONT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANNA RUIN YOUR DAY.

It was good to be in the hotel the vibes are good. The food are neatly served. But the cost is Bit high. The normal Coffee costs ₹45 here. So thats a disappointing thing. Other than tht its a great place to hangout for dinner and breakfast

Since it was a weekday evening, the place was mostly empty and there was no air conditioning not fan.. it was sweaty to sit inside but the food was good. Their sweets and snacks reeked oil smell

Just opposite to Perambur railway station in Chennai, a clean A/c hotel serving tasty eatables. A cosy place to sit with companion. Price level is costly. I had two Idlies with sambar and was charged Rs.50 plus tax

Not at all worthy of the prices they charge. Quality is not that great deserving such a high price. Charges for Chilli Powder and Oil are most unreasonable.Since they seem to feel they have established reputation, they no longer care for Customers.

Generally good service offering idly vada pongal especially with variety of chutney. They put on plantain leaves. Juxtopp to Perambur railway station. Takeaway there. At times customers say low quality of food. But ok.

One of the best shops in chennai. The food is very good here. I tried almost all kind of dosas here. Onion rava dosa is the best, but others are equally good. This place offers different types of chutneys also, all very good.

I generally like MIS and their menu. However, when I ordered onion uthappam at this location, I got one with excess oil which appeared unhealthy to me. I was able to soak nearly 4 tissue sheets with the amount of oil that was in the food. I pointed out to the waiter, and a supervisor noticed it too. They replaced the food for me with less oil.My concern is about how they correct this as a process in order to sustain and render healthy food at this location and others.

The ambience was very good. Lunch was very tasty. The staff was very receptive and prompt and attentive.
