High class Hotel With Very Average Facilities of Staff And cleanliness . Am Totally Disappointed With This Place. Am Avaioded These place Past 4 Years Due to Bridge Work. Recently We are plan to This place But The Parking Staff not Allowed my friend because he weared lungi. He advised to change Shorts Also. But we not satisfied with these hotel policies.

Nice cozy typical high class bar style place, not just drinks the food they serve are very yummy. Tried chilli egg .. it was pretty awesome, bit pricey but worth it. Staffs are polite and helpful. Had a great time.

Mahalaya Residency is located at nearby proximity of chennai airport. Hotel provide s free pick and drop service to airport on just a call. If you book directly you can opt for any time check in check out else you have to follow standard timings of booked from booking sites. Rooms are clean and averagely spacious. Toiletries are provided. Bar and hotel is available but servitis too slow. If you dont understand local language then is bit hard to tell anything to waiters. Else average experience to stay here.

Two stars for the complimentary airport pickup and staff for organising it over WhatsApp given no call credit. Room was pretty run down, beds sort of collapsing on the side where it felt like youd fall off. Kettle but no tea/coffee. Shower was terrible, cold and only a few random sprays in different directions, not helpful when theres no shower screen/curtain. Okay for cleanliness. Good aircon. Room pictures basically accurate but overstate the condition. No comment on dining, arrived late and left before breakfast.

Stay was very nice and staff was all very cooperative. I like the facilities provided by the hotel and food and bar was awesome. I would recomend this hotel that everything was excellent

The place is good for sure. Great attached Resturant also, free airport drop and breakfast inclusive and a hospitable receptionist, but it is kinda overpriced.For 3.6k there are better places...Rating would actually be 3.6 stars.

Visited for a drink and it is a sober place. The only problem was they play only South Indian music N tv channels.

This is close to Chennai Airport. Its quite new. All the rooms are profoundly clean and neat. Tariff is very reasonable and money saving. The quality of rooms, food and room service are exceptional. The management have taken pains to appoint courteous staff. A good and decent place to stay with family and kids.

Very calm and clean. Price is little above average but worth the cost. Snacks given in the bar were good. Also the chilli egg and tandoori were really awesome. Service was very good. Parking facilities were also good. Overall a good experience.

We went to the bar in this hotel few days ago. Nice setting with comfortable seating. They have a pool table as well. Reasonably priced and not too noisy. Food is also OK. Service is also reasonable. Good hangout place.

I had booked this place for overnight stay. If one gets this place for a good price, this place is worth it as they have a airport pickup and drop facility which is ultra helpful-especially if the hours are odd.The place is maintained ok but the lift was smelling of cigarette but they say it is some other smell. The room is fairly good in size and so is the bed. The bathroom is also fairly decent but the water pressure is slightly slow. The room service is fairly responsive and quick but dont have too high expectations for the taste of curries. The food is expensive but we did not try looking around. Free internet connection was provided too.The service levels are good and i would again book this place if i had a stopover purely due to the flexible pickup and drop

I am giving five stars for the value for money it offers. Its 5 minutes from airport. If you are travelling stag, its nice stop by for a night. But if you are with family who is used to Hayats and ITCs you should skip it. The staff is friendly and rooms are clean. Your your own towel if you are cleanliness freak. But overall its worth 5 stars.

I am sharing my Experience with the Bar here named Relax-O-Bar. I have been visiting this bar almost once in a month and the reason is a peaceful environment, good ambience, Good Complinentaries. While you are here please do not forget to try Chicken Tikka and Chilly Egg both are so Delicious and awesome.Good to have drink with colleagues and Friends. But Washroom is pathetic, so dirty, stinky. Very near to the airport, hotel is okay.

People are caring. Daily newspaper. Clean place with not a speck of dust. It is just out of place experience in the hot surroundings. Thanks to everyone, who made my stay better. You can get a ride to nearby places after checking with reception desk. No toilet paper roll or dustbin, which are very important for many people.

The rooms are not that neat. Only advantage is near to airport and easy shuttle available. Toilets are not tidy, rusted perennial sprays and poor floors. Beds are okie but not comfortable. Not worth for money. May be okie for single traveler for airport transit otherwise not a good choice.

Be careful....They cheat u on rates published on menu card....for eg. They have domestic and premium beer on rate card, but when they serve you Hinekan beer they say it outside rate card and charge you 400 per pint....its not even worth a single star hotel and they charge u exorbitantly...and once bill is cut no discussions...Food sucks.

Smoking is not prohibited outside of the bar which is not an ideal thing for non smokers. Proper provision should have been made to evict the smoke from the bar so that it doesnt enter the lobby area. And also hotel people should restrict people smoking outside of the smoking area.
