Everything here is awesome. The salsa with nachos looked like homemade stuff. It was excellent. The tomato soup was filled with energy....all fresh veggies like broccoli carrot...and in the melee of hogging I missed the veg cutlet pic. It was so crispy and had a soft texture inside, loved it. The calamari rings(squid) were very crispy too. I would also recommend the chicken gravy with rice(jeera rice), it was great too, good for a meal. Though this place is small, the menu seemed like carefully hand picked. Overall I would rate it good.

One of the cool resto in valasaravakkam to have nice dishes of food.. Have become almost a regular to try their specialty dish - Buttermilk Chicken.. Mutton keema pizza, beef pasta, chicken sausage, Prawns, mushrooms, lime mint cooler, gulkand rose milk have become my favorites there.. A must try for food lovers, you will feel the comfort of lazing on a Hammock with their taste and service.. A must needed resto in this part of the city..

This is my first time visiting Hammock. Great place to crash in if you have ample time. All the food we ordered were tasted excellent. Recommend anyone who likes continental food. We had nachos, grilled panneer stick, panneer steak, mushroom pizza, americana pizza, cold coffee and tea. All were up to the mark and surprisingly a tea without sugar tasted awesome. Apart from food hospitality was great and were were to customize the food on our choice. Never seen a place in Chennai who says You are over-ordering. Since they make the food freshly, you will be spending some time there. Kudos to the restaurant on the whole. Hope you expand your place in the future.

The place serves well garnished food that is as tasty as it looks!. I had the Paneer tikka,paneer Rice, and Pasta along with waffles, ice cream, mojito. Everything from starters to desserts were nice.

It is one of the best places for pizza and pastas in valasaravakkam. Their hospitality is a special mention and they take care of every guest so well. It was good time for me with my kid and will go there again..The price is reasonable too..Best food and great service..

This place is a hidden gem...The restaurant is small and cosy with may be a capacity of 8-10 people but their food is their USP. Their pizza is the cheesiest and mojito was refreshing... overall its a good place.

Hammock - Heaven on a plateWe made a last minute decision to breakout for dinner and hit upon this place - best decision we ever made. We ordered tomato and mushroom soup, paneer sticks, paneer wrap, paneer pizza, chicken stroganoff and iced tea.The mushroom soup was unlike anything I’d ever tasted. Thick and creamy, it was a meal in itself. The paneer sticks - well they came on a skewer alright but then again doused in a tangy mouth watering sauce.Pizza with Chillies and a wedge of lime placed at the centre - haha truly desi. Loved itThe paneer wrap was my favourite of all. We fought over the last biteIf I had to pick at anything at all - it would be the service time. However the courteous staff and excellent food makes up for it. Will definitely visit again.
