Just stepped in to have a cup of tea with my friends and was surprised to see the filthy atmosphere inside. Floors not cleaned and left outs of other customers just lying open on tables without being cleaned as soon as they leave.A tea in normal shop costs Rs. 10 whereas here they charge minimum of Rs. 25 but where do they justify the cost. Amid COVID scenario cleanliness is an important factor to be considered but seeing the shop at this condition i dont think its safe to step in back.Chai Kings openings branches across the city isnt important but please maintain hygiene to give a safe and comfort to all your customers.

Was walking past and tried out Chai Kings as it stood - virtually - like an oasis under the hot Chennai sun. The minimalist decor works in favour of the outlet.Once inside it was pretty cool and offered a number of interesting food options.Service was good and quick. Appreciated that.I found that the simple items in the menu are quite good. I tried Tea, a puff and a Cake. All were good.Seating was available but I decided to stand at booth like seats.Definitely recommend the outlet as it is one of the best options in the area. True to their name, their tea is quite good. I would recommend sticking to the basics.

Worst place to have food... No proper service have been provided.. Waste of time and money 😡

Well the place is neat & clean , ambience was bright and air-conditioned. I did try masala chai for its taste I could spend ₹25 but not for a morsel amount of chilli cheese maggi worth of ₹ 75 which I felt quite overrated. The service of the employees are genuine. Use and throw Cutleries are good to be used amidst pandemic. Can do better with the pricing area.

Chai Kings - Certainly this joint will meet expectations of the many who walks in. There are variety of tea blends available, with an excellent taste. Cost is also affordable. This is in a main place of the city, exactly at Thousand lights bus stop, at a walkable distance we have Sathyam cinemas, so one can sip a tea before/after watching movie. Snacks such as Samosa/ puffs etc are available. You get an invoice for your tea. So one may stop by at this joint to enjoy sip of tea.

The place is cozy enough to have a cup of Tea in peaceful ambiance. Staffs were gentle also severed the chai quickly. Severing in clean and eco-friendly vessel like glass. Chai was amazing an well flavour with the aroma of a lemon. Samosa was hot, well stuffed with veggies and tasted good. Totally worthy to have sip of chai.

I totally love their tea and samosa. They have quite many outlet and I ordered from this outlet through Zomato . Within 20 mins I got my order delivered. This time Zomato was fast in Delivery.If you have 5 to 6 members who wants to have tea then must order their tea flask which is worth buying.Items orderedNoddle samosa , veg samosa, egg puff , veg puff and masala chai flask.Most importantly I like their packaging.

Not ideal place to go with your car/ scooter due to parking issue. Otherwise their varities of Tea are really worth trying. My recommendation is Masala Chai and Ginger Tea as well as Sulliman Tea.Service is fast .Certainly you can go and try this place

Ordered mango milkshake in Chai kings. It was thick and tasty. The shop was well maintained and clean. There are four types of tea available here. They are milk chai, black chai, herbal chai and Ice chai. Under each type, variety of teas are available. I had a good day spending my time in the shop. The customer service was friendly and responsive.

I went to chai kings two to three times, but this is the first time i went to this outlet, the taste of ginger chai is very good and I tasted chicken puff too, it tastes great! At about the time of 20 minutes i spended there to finish my ginger chai and chicken puff i counted around 40-50 Customers visiting there who were fonded to chai i think and also the online delivery guys like swiggy and uber eats.But comparing to other outlets it is not Maintained properly, it can be Maintained well as it is the best growing business now a days. The wall has lot of dusts and I think they must sweep for every one hour as it is the very crowded place!The price of chai is affordable as it is cigarette free area, i found 3 to 4 couples too. And yeah chai kings broke the myth that most of the couples prefers cafe coffee day!!

The masala tea regularly we order in chai king our frnds gang. But suddenly 1 time the quantity was less when we enquired Chai king telling mistake in swiggy delivery boy. But the seal not broke. The swiggy delivery boy took effort and reached the streets closed he parked bike and running and gave the order. We offered tips in online although i gave cash tat boy told bro need water dont want tips already in online u paid. Chai king plz dont blame others. Worst

Only 4 chairs. Two chairs already was occupied by someone. So we 6 people had only 2 chairs to sit. 4 people were having food by standing. Food was good when eating. After couple of hours of having mushroom sandwich i had acidity. Im having acidity after long years. Dum Tea was tasty.

Great place for a quick chai. There are different options and a short description of each. The milk based tea can be made better - using more milk and less water but still is a good place. They also have snack irks like noodle samosas !Parking is a problem at peak hours - you can only park two wheelers and that too at your own risk due to its location in the main road.If you love tea, you should try this place !

Its a nice place to hang out a few minutes while having tea and snacks...But its a very small place as only 2 sitting arrangement are there and 1 standing arrangements is there...

Ordered a tea flask of GINGER tea and 9 veg puffs since egg puffs was not available, Received a flask of tea which was pathetic and received a mixture of 5 veg puffs, 2 paneer puffs and a Samossa. still one was missing. We could have canceled the order if informed. There was no tissue paper and no sauce supplied.We are a regular customer of this outlet we use to order online at least 10 times a month. Never had an experience like this.

Ambience is good. Tea options are nice especially Sulaimani tea is so refreshing. They have samosa puff, Noodles samosa and Noodles varieties also available. If you need chilly cheese noodles u need to visit in morning and afternoon in evening its not at all available.

I went to Chai Kings on a Friday afternoon. I ordered a chicken puff and a large cup of tea. Both the puff and the chai were really good. Only issue I felt was that the cafe was really hot as it is not air conditioned and also there is very little space to sit

Good place to have variety of tea options.It is situated just opposite to United India building in mount road.The shop is spacious and the staff were also well behaved.They dont have table service here we have to get our snacks.Coming to the taste it was good.I liked the paneer puffs they have provided.One should try paneer puffs along with elaichi tea.Thus it is a good place in the busy mount road to have some snack and chai while returning to home from work.
