In late-2018 and 2019 it was not well maintained although only some dishes were peculiarly good.This year, 2020, I went in Nov 2020, there seems to be a management change and some makeover, which gives some facelift to the aesthetics.I just ordered a takeaway bucket Biryani, it was awesome. Thank you.They could do little better in terms of customer service, especially the guy on the counter.

Been here last night with family and relatives around 10.30 but the staff was polite and handled us with almost care and provided an excellent service.The food tasted very good even they assisted by changing when we said its salty. I really want appreciate the way they spoke and service provided.Though they had a big menu as its a late night holiday we are left out with a small menu still everything we ate was well and good in taste, quality and quantity.Even at late night we was able to finish a satisfying dinner at Bhukara.

I visited this restaurant with my friends to have Mutton Biriyani. It took 40 mins to get it served. But the hoteliers were seen busy delivered there orders of Swiggy and Uber Eats. The final serve was not up to their standard. Mutton pieces were not cooked properly, boiled egg is old stock and khuska was wet or over boiled. The service was pathetic. Not responsive and unprofessional staffs.

Parking lot is available. There is good food and variety of it too. Its located in the main area and not in some remote place... Shawarma is a must when you hit this place.

Dined one night. servants were not as much as required. Bought a fried rice, they failed to add salt and asked them reprepare it. Again they added salt and just made a simple toss I think.. some salt cubes stayed here and there in food.. Toilets are not clean.. smells awful..

Very Bad Restaurant. I have ordered from here many time through SWIGGYI and ZOMATOSeriously these people put so much oil in every dish of chicken. I have told them but they wont understand so if you want to order better look for some other places and give them time to learn. I bought Grill chicken by 1.30pm in the afternoon... They gave yesterday chicken which they kept in the fridge. Taste is not good..

No one wears a cap/gloves inside the kitchen. Unclean table. It was so greasy on top. Very Expensive. There were too many mosquitos. No A/C (was kept off for some reason) until I asked to turn it ON. It was a huge blower that annoying.All of the servers were North Indians, which makes it a dream for non-english speakers to place their orders. Table service was good and quick. If all this is improved, this place could be one of the best evening restaurants in anna nagar.

Had a very bad experience at this hotel . While we were having our food they locked us inside the hotel and there were few mens fighting inside the hotel . They even closed the shutter down and never even apologised for that. There was no customer concern at all.Never ever visit this hotel .

Hot tasty biryani even at odd hours

It is a good place to hang out. Has ample amount of room and not crowded.The customer service is friendly and dishes taste really good.Might be a little bit expensive but worth it.Ps. The last time i went they didnt supply coke/pepsi [To support farmers,due to water problem] ;)

I ordered a combo and dragon manchurian from this place. It got delivered after one hour. Waited for soo long to eat such tasteless food. The combo they offer is soo worst. Please never order. Either the combo which is listed will not be available or even if they have, the taste will be poor. It wasnt hot. The naan was rubbery. Quantity of manchurian is pathetic. I dont recommened people to order here. It was initially a decent restaurant but now it lost the quality and quantity. I had such a horrible experience. Never gonna order again in this place. The management should take steps in systemizing the process.

Butter roti socks looks like the chef made it a week back and heated the same and applied butter. Mutton chukka had nothing but raw tomatoes and ginger in abundance and had to fish out Mutton pieces in bits and parcels.. awesome entertainment. Restaurant stinks like its been taken over by odissa citizens..

Yesterday I had kind of bad experience with this restaurant.. I ordered 2 chicken Biryani and chicken was like not fresh and not well cleaned and they give raita with chicken Biryani. raita quality was not good I was getting some kind of bad smell. and Kurma was very bad it was 1 days old I guess. I told Kurma is not good Im getting some bad smell later they gave fresh one which they recently prepared.. biryani quantity was ok and price is bit high compared to biryani quality.i dont suggest any people to have non-veg dishes in restaurant.they dont care about anything just they want to earn more money by providing bad quality food. and one more thing I went to wash my hands but there was no water neither any kind of liquid hand wash.. never seen this kind of overrated and High priced restaurant which cant efford atleast good quality food for the Customer.

This is first time I ordered Paneer65 Briyani through Swiggy.The reason why I rated 5 star...1. Food Packing2 Quantity3. Quality4 . Taste especially side dishes Brinjal and raitha.5. Panner65 pieces available throughout make me to feel that I am eating Panneer 65 Briyani.Definitely I would order next time and would recommend to others

They are very slow in processing the food. At least we need to wait for half an hour for no reason. There is no crowd though.

Briyani served here is tasty, spices and mutton pieces are added in a perfect balance. The downside of this restaurant is the waiting time & sanitation. They are taking their own time to serve you the food. The problem here is they are giving too much preference to the swiggy orders & not serving the customers in the restaurant on time. Avoid this restaurant if you are looking to have a quick lunch for briyani. I have ordered only a briyani & it took 30 minutes to serve. The other items like raitha, egg took much more time & they have been served only after i have asked. Coming to sanitation, the restaurant had AC, still you can flies have been flying around everywhere.

Have been to this place a few times now. Went there with friends to grab a quick lunch or dinner. Nothing fancy about the place, though it was neat, spacious and comfortable. It can seat about 50 people. The service is courteous and we were never left unattended. Their menu has everything a grill and barbecue restaurant would have, from a variety of grills and barbecues to biriyanis and Indian breads.Have tried their grilled chicken, biriyanis, and rotis. Their biriyani tasted pretty decent and the quantity was good. Nothing about the food was exceptional but overall it was satisfactory. A decent place to grab a quick meal.Parking for cars might sometimes be an issue since its located at a busy junction and next to a Saravana Bhavan. There is sufficient space for two wheelers though.

Worst experience, Week at basic math calculations. I have ordered via foodpanda for 750Rs and using 50Rs offer I paid 700Rs in total. They called me and said that shawarma ( Rs 139 ) was not available, and asked me to cancel the order.Instead of shawarma i requested to replace it with chilli Chicken ( Rs 199 ), so i have to pay Rs 60 extra when my order is delivered because I have already paid 139 for shawarma. But they demand me to pay Rs 99 ( Dont know the math behind their calculation ). Tried to explain them in phone but he still didnt understand the calculation and demanded Rs 99 from me.

Super biriyani & bbq chicken soo taste

I had the worst experience in this place, I ordered chicken shawarma, schezwan fried rice and chicken 65. I felt shawarma had chicken curry pieces in it, schezwan was plain, not spicy at all , 65 !was very oily. The waiter brought wrong item after ordering, I had ask again for right. Its not worth for the money. Bad food, pls never go there.
