I had crab 🦀dish and it was awesome, I took my sweet time to finish it and the staff was very patient about it, I loved the dish and the ambience is good too and the price is less than 300 which is great.

Being Purataasi I only had veg meals but my 3 colleagues had non veg meals with mutton chukka and a chicken lollipop..... I enjoyed the veg meals itself very very well... And the puli kuzhambu was great... Hats off to the chef..

The hotel staffs are very irresponsible in serving the customers, the food taste is also not good

Worst Food Quality:-Today I purchased one full Nonveg meal, first thing1, Rice quantity is good but the Kulambu varieties quality its really the worst, especially packaging is Zero.2, Kulambu variety quantity also is very low.My small advice, Youre a TamilNadu Famous Non-Veg Hotel, if youre dont change in these all are items means 😏Your total investment is waste.Everybody likes for Good taste & Quality foods,Anjappar Hotel Food Quality rating is ZERO.

The food is not authentic chettinadu, it is mostly a little meat or fish in the same gravy. The prawn pepper masala had no pepper and was an chilli and oily gravy with no taste. Will never order from Anjappar again.

Two weeks b4 we went to Anjappar Chettinad restaurent in kilpauk . We ordered briyani Nd chezwan fried rice . The briyani was well cooked Nd good yet the chezwan needs to be improved regarding the taste nd quality!!

Food taste is good. Slightly expensive.staff behaviour is good.

This one was not as good as i expected. I used to go frequently when i was in madurai. But here the service was not good. Valets were not as prompt as they should be. Quality of the food was okay.

Visited this branch today. Nethili fish fry was good at reasonable rate. Hot and sour chicken soup rarely had chicken pieces in it. Service and staff coordination are appreciated. Poor ambience, parking and maintenance. Food price is found to be reasonable but high tax is being levied.

During new year we have visited this place. Eventhough the place is crowded they quickly arranged table for us. Forgot to get the name of the person who served but the service is great. All dishes are good, especially Anjappar special naatu kozhi porichadhu a must try one.

Worst Anjappar in Chennai.We have to wait long time for the waiter. They are giving priority only for swiggy guys. Food was also not nice. Dessert was the worst. Lime soda was not at all cold. Falooda came with melting ice cream. WORST EVER!!

Worst mutton biryani in taste that I hv had in the recent past. Quantity also is very less where 2 mutton biriyanis put together only makes 1 normal quantity that you get with most other hotels.

Worst place to eat... So much Crowded.. tables are not seperated with Cabins... Found hair in mutton biriyani... Unhygienic... Even Washbasins and Toilets are not properly cleaned.. No Tissue paper found near washbasin.. Tomato ketchup has been too much diluted by water... But the cost of the Food too much and quantity also very less. Please dont choose your outside... Keep your kitchen clean ... Prepare good food and eat well... Be healthy forever..

The meals gravy and kootu were over at 2.30pm. And it was not informed to us when we ordered the meals. And when asked for the gravy they were rude enough to tell us that it was over. The 2 star is only for the food taste..

A good place for non vegetarians... Mutton chops is my personal favorite here... You can try falooda and kulfi too. Decent price for good quality food.
