I am truly impressed with the work. Although he took two days as he had to take the machine and do the repair work and testing but after it is fixed again the AC works perfectly fine and no complaints, regained the original cooling after long time. Reasonable charges so I recommend to go for it.

He doesnt have knowledge about fridges.. dont trust this guy.. very cheating minded person.. everytime he telling a different story about repair for money needs..

They are cheating the people. dont give advance amount before your work complete. the received advance amount after no response from their side

It is one of the best experience during lock-down as my AC stopped working properly and was not sure if i will get any technician from urban clap or from the brand will be assigned to resolve the issue. Sudden had an idea of searching in google for AC services near me and got RK cools service contact info and called them and they responded immediately. They were punctual and figured out the issue in a short span and resolved the issue quickly.

My air conditioner water leakage complaint, resolved the issues proberly. Would be better if delivered the service on time.

Had a very bad experience. He charged more than 3K for a small problem and when we are trying to reach for 3 weeks for a gas leak in the AC unit as a result of his work but he keeps dodging. Gas leak is dangerous and it may kill somebody during the night sleep. Every time we call he says i am coming immediately but wont turn up. we called for something and he fixed something else so looks like he doesnt have knowledge about different types of ACs and their mechanics. I wouldnt recommend unless you want to take a risk.

Worst service, not even respond back when we called for service. I did my service for my 1.5 ton AC and it was back to the same condition within a month. He charged 8k for the service. I asked to attend it back then there is no response for my calls. Please dont prefer this guy.. he make me waited for more than 2 days for the service and hence writing this review..

Prabhakaran is a vastly experienced service provider. He changed LG AC compressor for a reasonable price and the outcome was so perfect.
