The service was very poor. The attitude of the staff was pathetic. I bought 1 ton Lyod Airconditioner from Cool Control. At the time of selling the product the owner said the installation will be done free of cost. But after installing the product they demanded Rs. 600/- . I argued with the owner that you have not informed about installation charges and said installation will be done free of cost. But his words were very harsh and bluntly said he will not do any services after installation like free service and the warranty card as well as the receipt also was not issued to me. Now i am stranded without any evidence of purchase from Cool Control. He rudely said i need to contact only Lloyd for further services and he will not do anything regarding services. I was really shocked to see the behaviour of the owner of Cool Control and i will not recommend any of my friends and relatives to do business with this person.
