I purchased DSC from Gayathri Tax Consultants for EPFO Registration. but that DSC not working. I requested them to rectify the issues. but they told government site issue. after I bought Emudra DSC. that is working good. I requested to refund my amount but they are not respond. i was cheated.Note: e-Mudra DSC is better for all kind of services.

Dont get any idea by those negative reviews floating out there! Gayathri Tax Consultant has its own rich history and 1000s of happy clients who has not written anything on Google compared to those 3 or 4 unhappy clients who failed to understand the service strategy and complaining that theyve been cheated, etc. Gayathri Tax Consultant or GTC as people know it is a one stop solution for all your IT, GST, Trade mark related needs. Charge for the services are also nominal compared to others who provides similar service. Theyve got separate teams for separate activities with people having good amount of experience heading the units. Thats the only reason why theres a swift response to queries and services are offered within TAT. We should understand that no firm/company can be run without complaints and such complaints are only a remark (except few which are done with an intention to spoil brand image). Very very poor customer service! Bad response from front end team. Very strongly recommended not go do any services with them

We were not satisfied with the contract during the GST churn. Hence we closed the contract with him. He did not turn up for all the months...and my GST filing was ALSO very late....for the month of JULY.Later he says he is only responsible for checking documents after we finish all work when my staff did not even know how to work on GST.Hence we terminated his service...for lack of SERVICE and guidance to our employee which was also part of contract. In december he wakes up and sends legal notice to us saying that you need to pay from July to November....WHEN THERE WAS NO SERVICE itself.Will fight it out legally but not pay an ingenuine case !
