Been through so called 5 round interview process. Nothing interesting with the interview process. After objective and descriptive they took 3 face to face interviews completely on journal entries. Repeatedly asked same questions by different persons with different perspectives. Again same old school questions. And the interesting part is final round. A lady asked me a question on Accrued income and Ive explained it in best example. After explaining in different iterations she understood me and finally told I have to correct my understanding (LOL). If thats the case world has to change meaning of accrued income as per her understanding because I verified my answer in 3 different sources. I had 2 scheduled interviews on that day and I choose to give interview on Carisma, which was my mistake. End of the day response is to come next week Monday with better understanding.Thank you Carisma for wasting my time and your time.My humble suggestion is to simplify the process in best effective way.

Good company and Good experience to attain interview, but very low CTC for MBA candidates, Job role is good and nice work also, but salary is too low.

Too worst. I had an interview at the same date which i have attended in EY banglore. But i thought let we go for this after finishing of 5 rounds these cheats telling that prepare and come after 2 months. They dont even know how to select and reject candidates. Im shame of myself that i have attended interview here. I missed one of the best tech world by attending to this frauds.
