‌Very‌ Bad. Below is my experience with this wealth management organisation. I submitted all my documents in June for an IT refund. Till July end they neither provided the calculated refund amount nor mentioned the fees amount. Every time when I called, the assistant will say a number from the top of his head . When I asked them if they have considered all the proofs submitted, they would say that they needed more time to verify it with their boss. When I asked him or her to send a sms of the refund amount and the fee amount that I had to pay, they promised that they would send it immediately after the call but never once sent me the sms. Every now and then they called and would give some random number, but never once provided me the actual calculated figure or the fees amount. Finally when I insisted on getting the correct details on 26th July , the auditor demanded a hefty bill as fees as there was only 4 days left to complete the IT filing. I found myself in an extreme fix as I am a software engineer who just moved into a remote offshore medical devices development centre , which is a no Internet/ no mobile zone . I could neither find another auditor nor could look into my ITR Web page. Thankfully the date for final submission got extended.‌As I was already aware about my would be work environment I preplanned this activity in June itself so that I do not end up missing the deadline or delay the fee remittance to the auditor( due to Internet unavailability) . But the way this IT auditor and his associates treated my case was so unprofessional.
