Attended video interview in AccSource through skype. I didnt perform well in my technical round, but the interviewer was so nice, he explained where I did wrong. Thats really helpful to develop myself. Senior HR executive who contacted me for the past one week was also so gentle and understanding. This itself speaks about the company culture. There may be some cons ,but which org doesnt have one ? Selected for the job or not, for me this interview provided a good retrospection on where I lack and I am committed to close that knowledge gap. Thanks again

I was into the process of interview and after clearing all technical rounds HR on the final round didnt qualify on the ground that being a female married candidate...and their reason for that was they dont have long leave policies incase of maternity so they dont prefer to take married females. This is unfair atleast they would have not selected this type of profiles before interviews itself.

The founders are chartered accountants but where is the professionalism?In an act to save face shrugs off everything as part of their being informal culture, be it even a legal contract in ink.Less said the better.And while some can tolerate unprofessional as they don’t have a choice others would quit immediately.

Totaly unprofessional behavior and thinking. Those women recently married they are not qualified for their job, bcz they might leave the job after pregency. Since one instance happend with them, they take it as a lesson for their company vision. If it is so why they take interview of married lady.

Dont attend interview here waste of time

One of the WORST INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE I have ever seen till now and UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR to the core .., interview is based on their personal arogant perceptions.Interview conducted only to get relief from their personal frustrations by scolding candidates who attended the interview.Please dont get tempted by seeing OFFICE TIMINGS... which are completely adverse.

I joined as senior accounts executive in the company during covid lockdown period. Economically and knowledge wise very good company.

More work but less salary... Trainee will remain as trainee only.. No chance for development or promotion... Not following the labour laws.. Not respecting the health of the employees... I was resigned the job because of my serious health issues.. But they forced me to survive the 3 month notice period... HRs are very rude in dealing with notice period... Forcing to work even on festival days... They are saying both Saturday and Sunday are holiday... But inside the team they are asking to work even on weekends... Overall its a very worst company... I never recommend to anyone. .

I joined as Team Lead in the company during covid lockdown period and now working from home.One best thing i observed is even during the economic crisis company could able to provide employment opportunities for many and giving support to many families.
