Taste is yummy ..I ordered combos and double down chicken burger..But too much of oil in everything especially double down chicken heavy oil while eating oil is coming like juice.Reduce the oil content hereafter because childrens and old ages peoples also eating this .clean and neat ..Ambience ..Service is good …Light setting is different compared to other KFC

Excellent service duebto rush hour. Courteous staff. Finger lickin good Chicken Popcorn. Zinger was not hot 3/5 and fries were soggy 2/5.Five stars only for the Chicken Popcorn!!!

Good food. Nice ambience. They serve juicy chicken. Both Smoky Red and hot & crispy chicken tastes delicious.They do temperature check before entering and have sanitizer in the entrance.

This outlet is situated at the very prime location. Overall very good experience. Staff are polite, they helped us to decide the order. Only one thing was noticeable that crowd could be managed in more better way. Must go to place. 👍👍

Chicken is great. Just because it is the most happening place as college and IT park is available nearby. Online orders are flooded which makes a delay in delivery. I suggest dine in or come and pick up the your order. Incase you find it crowded, you can go for other options too which is available nearby.

Who doesnt love KFC. ofcourse everbody loves KFC. I recommend to taste Choco mud pie KFCs desert. Its really smooth, crunchy and creamy.

Easy to locate and lots of parking place. Prefer window side to enjoy the view. I am sure you will love it. Food delivery is bit slow but taste is same. French fries is worst. I can say its a romantic place. Interior and lighting are good. Nearby CUB ATM and A2B restaurants and OMR food street.

Good ambience. Large group gathering was okay. Taste is as like all kfc outlets. Wednesday have special offers. More varieties of chicken varieties are available. Need more offers. Coke refill like McDonalds.

Place was very clean. Did temperature checks and hand sanitizers was provided. Quick service. But when it came to food, I felt the chicken was somewhat old. Not sure if they are fresh. Flesh was very chewy and seemed overcooked. Kindly consider improving the food quality.

This place is located at the right spot. The taste of the food is great and the staff is well behaved and professional. I had been to this place more than 10times and i had a great experience. I had faced some difficulties in my visit once where they had forgot to clean the table and delayed it. Other than that incident the service is great here. So, we have been requested to order the food again.Moreover, they have missed to give Pepsi and they realised after we ask for it.Totally disappointed and frustrated with the order and service.

I placed an order through Zomato here .The stuff was very cooperative and absolutely professional.I seriously called them hell number of times , for knowing the status of my order and they attended my call ,, replied and also updated me at every moment.Thanks alott for that.And ,,, what do we need to say about KFC chicken.It was simply awesome , mind blowing , unbelievable.I ordered mingles bucket.That consists of 6 chicken boneless strips and 3 chicken wings.They also added some extra spicy power , which I loved.They also provided me sufficient of tomato sausage. Thanks alott for that too ....Chicken lovers should visit this place.

Good place to have KFC Chicken if u love the taste. The seating capacity is limited, however, and hence in case you are planning on a weekend, you might have to wait for a small duration before sitting comfortably and enjoying the delicious meal. Fairly quick service as there are multiple order counters. Packaging facility also available in case you are full but have few things left on plate.

I am rating this as 1 star. Since, its all for the service they provide to the customers on later end of the day. I walked into KFC around 10.15pm, I liked to have Double down and walked to the counter. Once, I ask for double down burger. They immediately replied its not available and started assisting with the next customer. They dont even have a courtesy to say sorry for it. This is the second time happening to me and the real fact is they are not ready to cook Double down in later end of the day. I can see the double available on Swipe (online), but not on the store. The store people says that it take time to cook and serve. Hence, they have stopped taking double down order after 10pm. I am very upset with the service providing from KFC, Guduvanchery branch. I have never got this type of experience in any other stores. I suggest everyone to avoid this store. thanks bye.

A KFC restaurant in this region was long overdue, to serve the needs of the college students and working professionals living in and around Guduvanchery. Usually in the mornings there isnt much crowd and hence your order gets ready by 10 minutes. They also usually have some good offers. Overall, a good place to check out once!

The dine in, will be realy good with good atmosphere and tasty chicken for which I can give 5 star. I have given 4 ratings because of poor delivery when ordered by KFC app online, either they miss out some food/dip or they deliver cold food which will not be the same like dine in foods. But when I raised feedback they responded promptly and resolved my issue during my next visit to store. If they solve this delivery issue for online orders they are doing great.

This restaurant interiors are really nice and have some authenticity. Only feed back is the taste of chicken is not great like we get in KFC restaurants at airports. KFC team could concentrate on the taste in all domestic branches.

Who doesnt like to have a tasty food and especially when we are talking about chicken KFC always stands first. Its really finger licking good over here too. But they accept only patym for or card apart from cash. The space is not too large but can fit a group of 15 or 20.

Nice ambience at national highways but they need to be very careful on what customer placed an ordered.I have place one thing and they have given something else...other than that everything is ok.
