It is very shame to even put one star..DTDC kakkanchery branch is so rude to customers..They behave to customers as they paid the money while ordered the items. Every single time they do the same..Better No one appreciates these type of courier services. I had received several items via good courier services..*THE WORST EXPERIENCE&SERVICE EVER* Their worst performance is clear from all reviews.BETTER NO COMPANY PROMOTE THIS TYPE OF COURIER SERVICES.. it will make a gap between u and customers.!!

👎👎👎Dtdc kakkanchery is the worst experience in my life.This Mr Subramanian sent my courier back without informing us because I was sick and said I would collect the next day.Please never use this service.His behaviour is very rude and arrogant to top up this service.They will not deliver the parcel to you and expect you to collect it the same day even if you are on your death bed!!My advice is never use this franchise friends as your courier will never be delivered to you!!! And now when I’m trying to track my parcel,it shows the consignment number doesn’t exist.Lost all my goods and money.Dtdc kakkanchery owes an explanation for this!!!Such services should be stopped.
They wont deliver the courier to you..and when we call them they will say that we have called but couldnt connect..this happened 3 times!! The WORST SERVICE EVER,!!!!!! ever..!!!!had to go and collect my courirc every single time!! Fed up
Wont deliver the package to home.Rude behavior.Asks to come and take it, else will send it back.Same experience for the last 3 times.Its high time to get these people out of the office.

Never expect a good service from DTDC, theyll just inform you. They have attitude like the-product-is-here-if-you-need-it-come-and-collect-otherwise-just-forget-it-we-gonna-return-it.Almost every branch of DTDC do the same. They very rarely do door delivery
