Very nice place, the only issue which I had was to find the place as its easily available but for a new timer who is visiting from other city they could get lost to find the place using the Google maps.

Ive tried the M1 in the menu which includes a piece of fried chicken, a chicken burger and a coke .The fried chicken was ok but the burger was not good for the price you pay for it. Too much ketchup and had sour taste (didnt know what was it).I had ordered a the same pack from a different outlet and it was good.Dont know what the fault was!

Very good.. Far better than mcdonalds chiken... And big in size than other competeter... More crispier and well cooked.. I think kfc and chiking are somehow same in so many aspects

Food was good.Had to use the toilet in the building. Toilet in the nearby private busstand would have better standards.

Food is good...Average waiting time is 15 minutes.. Service given is good...But the pricing is not done very efficiently...The place is open under Covid 19 guidelines...

Amazing food and ambiance.. I think they have improved their food quality tremendously.. no wonder KFC is struggling with business in India.Staff behavior is good in chicking but I personally think they take little more time in packing large meals which they can look into and cut the order time.

Very bad experience. I order food like 4:30pm They said food will be delivered in 45 minutes. Now time in 7:02 until now they not delivered.i try to call them But not pickup call. Dont trust them

Very disappointed with chicking today. I have placed order at 7.30 pm .by the time I received it , time was 10.15 pm and items were obviously ice-cold. Called chickking chavakkad contact number and answer was rush with orders and rainy climate , not even a bit worried about customer satisfaction...good luck guys ...

I ordered chick king chavakad 9 pieces and add on of 199rs it includes fries, coleslaw, garlic paste and 5 bun but when I reached ma home there was no bun when we call they are saying it was some thing bla bla bla.. from this incident we will never order any more at this outlet as KFC is treating us in professional way..
