Beach is not a sandy beach, it is a grassy beach like Guliakhali. This grasses and the land formation made by the sea tide water is the most interesting part here. Sunset from here is so beautiful. There are also many Jhao trees in the solid grounds near the beach. But there are not enough tourist facilities here such as food courts, boat rides, police facilities etc. During high tide tis place is most beautiful as water comes near solid ground in the grassy areas. But during low tide sea goes further down where it cant be accessed as the the whole area from the solid ground becomes a swamp. It is one of the many beaches in the Chittagong.

This is a beautiful beach. Its near from the city. So you will see lot of people. Specially in the afternoon. There are lot of ways to go there. So before visiting you should choose the suitable one for you. This beach is a bit far from the main road. But like other beaches near this place this beach is not muddy. You can roam around or go into the water. But I would suggest not to go in to the deep water as it is an uncharted territory. The sunset from this beach is unforgettable.

A beach close to halishahar and port link road , earlier it was too clean , but when I went there it totally mess !! It was a dumping zone of wastages. Dirty as you can imagine . Road from city is worse like anything. I think travelling with family it not a wise think for this destination.

Very fantastic view here. Tourism department should have proper step to develop its arena .

Densely populated suburban middle and low income group people. Local residents are also there. Lots of family graveyard and mosque. Little group of Hindu minority also live in here. Lots of schools including two girls high schools a:d College. Three well-known community centre, hospital and lots market place. Yakub Ali garments factory is also here. Nice people of different profession live here. Close to all government offices and lot of banks.

The place is just amazing... After 3 pm the water get off and the beach become visible.its also a good sunset spot.there ate a park beside the beach called nijhum park.the park is best for couple.you can come to the park with your partner.the park also provide food at 60/100 taka.the quality of the food is not the best but can be managed. The place get most beautiful before sunset. I love the place.i personally recommend for this place...you will enjoy the place completely.Transport system ...you have to come in noya bazar and than there are many tampoo satandin and calling for sea beach.they will take 10/12 taka only.Hope you will come and enjoy the place
