This branch of Shundarban Courier Service is very popular and busy, located near 2 no. Gate. It is pretty much always over crowded. Although it is a fast & quite convenient courier/delivery service, they seem to care less about customer satisfaction. Staff are not very polite, and behave pretty harshly with customers. They need to improve their communication too. They hardly answer your phone call.

One of the renown courier service of Bangladesh. they are trying continuously to improve their service. this Chittagong branch is located at nasirabad near 2 no gate bus stoppage. recently they shifted to a new place just opposite to their old office, which is quite large and organised nicely. Old office was narrow and everything was haphazardly placed. Renovated new office looks clean and spacious to serve large number of customers. Hope their customer service team in this office will also improve. They have online tracking system which is easy to use, just by providing the phone number, which is quite helpful. Their mobile app only supports android platform, through which one can raise complaints against particular order. They also sent message to the customer and call at the same time when the parcel arrives.
