Avoid.This ISP service is really atrocious.Left their line for good.Inadequate service wont change.If you dont want to get ripped off & avoid headache of speed & connection dropping every now & then, getting no solution, then avoid this ISP. Also the owner guy is pretty eccentric.Talk lots of nonsense. Took more money than the promised package. Very good isp in chittagong. Stable network. Quality is excellent.

Competitively charges high prices in the market. And when I talked for an urgent connection they said they need time. So was in doubt that what would be the post service delivery!

Low-grade internet speed. Unprofessional customer service. This ISP is the worst. Please do not take it. They take the money on time but provide speed of 19 kbpb when the speed should be around 800kbps to 1MBps.

First of all they lie about 10 mb with 1000 tk.Secondly the net is really slow I don’t even get 1 mb with 1000tkI called them several times but still no improvement!!
