While I have had great success with them in the past the first interaction with customer service was horrible. I understand the difference between collector and standard grade. Standard grade shouldn’t come in a smashed box when the shipping box is mint and the inner package is surround by bubble wrap. To me this means that they are shipping out damaged products knowingly. They do nothing other than suggest you use collector grade next time to ensure it’s not damaged in shipping. F that noise as it wasn’t damaged in shipping. Just damaged before it went into the shipping box. I guess if you continue to use this company alway pay extra for the collector grade so they don’t give you the one that fell off the truck, got stepped on and then put in the shipping box.“Order it again and get our last collector grade one available” they said. What a joke. Don’t send damaged product just to get rid of your damaged stock. The one I received should fall under the substandard category you guys offer even when it wasn’t an optionBuyer beware

Ive only ordered one figure so far and it came within the 6-8 day delivery time. It shipped one day after placing my order and I was able to keep track of shipping with the SHOP app. The prices are reasonable and I love the $4 flat shipping. Im never in a rush to get items, so this is great. The packaging with bubble wrap is more than sufficient for shipping. Ive ordered more and will continue to order from BBTS.

I recently moved and my new address does not match my old one. Never had a problem anywhere else. I’ve been a customer for over 5 years and only had one package go missing. The first response I received didn’t make me feel too confident I was going to get the item I ordered. After a second attempt to explain my concern, I was given much more info. The procedure was explained in a more understandable way along with a few resolutions. Either way, I was assured I would receive my order either by FedEx or a replacement. They even put one aside just in case! Thank you for taking the time to fully understand my frustration. It has taken 10 MONTHS for my item to be shipped. 10 months and possibly longer because the customer service has not replied to my email from 4 months ago. I also paid for express shipping... express shipping is fast shipping, not shipping months- nearly a whole YEAR- after purchase. UPDATE: customer service has responded to my review and addressed the issue of my item in a professional and timely manner. The ongoing issue was that I had pre-ordered an item that was shown to be delivered less than a month after purchase. Lo and behold, the time arrives and my item has not been delivered-not even shipped (I tracked my order and could see it had not been shipped). I emailed customer service about the problem and was reassurred that my item would still arrive but to be patient. 7 months later, still hasnt arrived. I email customer service again and am told it is too late to get a refund on the item. After taking matters to giving a 1 star review, I was able to finally recieve my refund.

When I started collecting, I always went to Walmart,target,eBay and Amazon. But when the pandemic started I wanted to order from a different website. When I went to bigbadtoystore, they had way better things then retail stores and Amazon and eBay, the prices were better and understandable, eBay and Amazon, the sellers that sell an action figure for so much money and I really hated that. ***READ BEFORE PREORDERING***When I preordered my first figure from BBTS I sent them an email trying to get a better ETA and they immediately got back to me and let me know how they work. After reading and understanding the situation I decided to wait for my item and it got pushed back..... Overall it was definitely worth the wait.At the end of the day if you are not patient it will stress you out and maybe you shouldnt preorder items in general. Just know that with BBTS your item will arrive and well packaged! Also you are not charged until the item has shipped so theres no fear of losing money when you can just file a claim with your bank (as long as you have a decent bank)My advice is to just be PATIENT and trust BBTS. I will definitely keep buying from them.

If youre patient its a nice way to save money on shipping.Really the only thing I can think of as a possible negative is that sometimes the physical product that you pre-order may take more time than estimated to get to BBTS. I purchased my first Hot Toys branded item from the Big Bad Toy Store recently and received it yesterday. I ordered an Iron Man sixth scale Hall of Armor Collectible display case for my second Iron Man. The Hall of Armor package arrived in pristine condition. I appreciate that BBTS packaged it in a shipping box which further enclosed and protected the item in full bubble wrap. This is my second purchase of a Hall of Armor, the first was via SideShow.com and unfortunately they didn’t exercise this level of care in shipping this particular item. SideShow shipped it with just the Hot Toys branded brown packaging box and it arrived with a tear in it and one corner crushed. Thankfully the inner decorative packaging only had a slightly compressed corner thanks to the heavy duty foam padding provided by Hot Toys. As an avid collector I highly recommend BigBadToyStore for collector grade packaging and I’m happy to have them as a solid additional option for my collecting needs! Also Kudos to them for offering FedEx as their flat rate carrier as FedEx is my preferred shipping company!

I recently purchased the Ubiquitous UB-01LS diorama set from BBTS. The set has hundreds of small parts, some that light up. When I received this item from BBTS it had a few light up parts that were damaged/not working. I contacted BBTS customer service and Matt sent me replacement parts within just a day or two. Matt was very quick to respond to my inquiry and followed thru until I had what I needed to fix the problem. I had a pre order for the s.h.figuarts piccolo it said they were estimated to ship it out in november. I made the pre order on November 15th. It is now december 5th and still havent received my package and my order is still on open and its december 7th. Wow worst experience I have ever had with an online store. I will not be buying from them again. Its been 22 days and I still havent gotten my action figure. If i dont get my order by December 15th Im canceling my order cause it shouldnt take this long for a damn action figure and Im not impatient it just takes way to long

The best customer services experience! I spoke with Matt regarding an item (Sideshow Statue) that arrived broken. Not only were they empathetic but Matt moved quickly to resolve my issue. Great store with good prices and shipping. Recently pre-ordered a figure that arrived missing a piece due to manufacturer error. Their customer service was fantastic - they got back to me quickly and reached out to the manufacturer on my behalf. Instead of getting just the small missing part, they were able to get and replace the entire figures leg just to ensure that everything was in perfect shape. Good communication *if you call during work hours* good pricing on items *action figures in terms of what I bought a lot of* good shipping, can take a little longer than usual but items come in great and with little to no damage on packaging. Issues reported to BBTS customer service get resolved quickly and kindly. Would recommend them to any collector!

I have been using bbts for over a decade now. I currently have around 50 items per ordered with them. The pile of loot feature is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. I believe one time in over a decade I had an item I ordered not actually in stock and the gave me store credit and fixed it fast. Also, a few years ago I had a PayPal issue and they contacted me and after I fixed it with PayPal they took care of their end very fast. I recommend bbts to people all the time and will continue to use them for years to come.

Took 5 days to ship a figure, usally whenever i order things online it would ship a day after, slow shipping but thats fine, they use fedex which i do not like, fedex brought it to my city then for some reason took it to wisconsin then idiana, but thats not bigbadtoystores fault, the item came after almost 2 weeks, i would give it 5 but the shipping was too slow

Had an issue where I bought an item and it got lost somewhere on the way to Canada. Canada post could not launch a formal investigation without the consent of the shipper. BBTS was quick to help deal with the situation with excellent customer service, and got my package. Everybody wins :D

Ended up paying $80 Canadian for an item that was posted as $30 on the site. I couldnt find anything that stated that the currency was in American only and there was no automatic exchange rate like a lot of sites use. I went to checkout with the item in my cart, saw there was a $20 shipping fee, which I was okay with. So my $30 item became $50. Then I checked my bank and saw that $67 had come out, I was like alright I guess the site didnt automatically adjust for exchange rate. Then I went to pick it up from the post office and they required a $13 fee for whatever reason in order for me to take my item. So now my item is up to $80 Canadian. I havent opened it yet, but seeing as its a Christmas gift for my son, and he likes to unbox stuff himself, but Im sure it will be in good condition, which is a plus... But ffs $80!?!?. .. I wont be ordering from them again. AMAZON PRIME all day!!

The first time I ordered was great, it was supposed to arrive May 5th and it arrived April 24th , so it was awesome. But now ive ordered a second time now and it was supposed to get here yesterday and today is the 11th day which is the last day for the Big Bad Toy Store shipment guarantee and its been in phoenix for days now so they can be slow on shipments.

Purchased an item from them to be shipped to Australia, paid an extra $40USD for express postage (bringing me to $350 AUD Total) and they didnt even have it leave their warehouse for two weeks. I still havent received my item after purchasing it April 28th. It took 9 days from the day i paid until they created a shipping label. The morning of the 9th day I asked to cancel and requested a refund and I got an email stating that the item was already shipped so they couldnt cancel. But according to FedEx, the label wasnt created until 6 hours after I requested a refund. First time buyer, last time buyer.

After reading a lot of reviews on BBTS I decided to try them for my self. I placed and order on Jan 29th, 2020. The very next day the order had already processed. That same day it shipped out. Now I am on track to get my package on the 2nd of February. I did not go with the flat rate $4 shipping cause the other option was only about $3 more. And this is shipping from Wi to TX. But so far everything has been great. I will update review when order gets here.Box got here on 2-2-2020. Packing was in great condition. Box and figure where on spot. Box for figure was in great shape. No problems here at all. I am very happy with my order. They earned the 5 star review and I look forward to placing many more orders with them.

Products are packed neatly and in enough bubblewrap to ensure there is no damage whatsoever when they arrive to your home.There have been one or two instances over the years where the Quality Control of a product Ive received is unacceptable. This is in no way BBTS fault since Quality Control falls on the manufacturer, but they will work quickly with you to ensure you are a satisfied customer.
