Its a high speed broadband service provider. They provide uninterrupted high speed internet at the most competitive price in the chittagong. They have dedicated and professional customer service teams and they gives admirable service.

I have been using their service for almost two year now. During these time, i got two more connection on two different household and referred alot of relatives to them because they have a reliable connection, decent customer support and consistency when it comes to uptime. Recently, my package was changed to FUP due to my usage exceeded 100gb previous month, this change wasnt notified so when i was getting reduced speed, i contacted their customer support and they denied any issue on their end and said everything is working as intended. I logged in to their care web page and found out my package was not infinity 25 anymore! I notified them about this and they sent someone after a week to my house who then told be this change is irreversible! They advertise their internet is unlimited and they never mentioned anywhere about FUP or its terms and conditions. The only solution they gave me is either keep using with reduced speed ( roughly 2 mbps ) or not use at all.TL;DR Their Unlimited internet is actually limited and if and when you get FUP ( which they wont disclose nor will they notify you), you are screwed.

Bad internet unstable speed bad service and if you are a gamer never take this isp and you cant browse with this internet the speed keeps on jumping from high to low

I have been using 25 mbps since July 2019. From then I had been informed you about the problem. Can’t even browse Facebook with that so called 25 mbps speed! Watching video is so far!!!Now I am thinking 🤔 about your service.

Please dont take their connection. Trust me, I swear to God, Cloud One is the worst isp of Chittagong. They give 1 Mbps speed after you subscribe to their 25 Mbps package. Massive Cheaters and super frauds of Chittagong. Get a better connection instead, but please not this. I can tell because I have used it and it sucks big time.

I took their connection 2 months ago..within 15 days their connection becomes slower then goes 30 days the speed is literally 3mbps and sometimes there is no internet...I complained a lot of times, they fixed it for a short times but after 1 day it became even slower than b4..the worst ISP of chittagong..I signed up for 25 mbps gives me 2 mbps ..doesnt even give me 10 mbps..FRAUDS!

Update: Previously I gave them 5stars. But after using their connection for more than 2 years, their service have become worst day by day. Their connection is practically unusable from 6pm-12am. Customer service will argue with you rather than fixing things. This is really sad, how a company went from best to worst in a couple of years. Will not recommend Cloudone to anyone in Chittagong anymore.Old review: The team at Cloudone have exceptional customer service! So kind, helpful and informative. They have setup my connection within less than 16 hours. Their technician and cable men were very polite. And the internet connection is also good. I would recommend Cloudone to absolutely anyone.Wish you guys good luck and keep up the great service! 👌
