Pathetic, how does connection get lost every now and then? I subscribed for the 15mbps but what I receive is 2-4 Mbps. High ping and unstable during peak hours. Do they know how to operate ISP? I think not. I would not suggest these providers

Worst ISP Ive ever used. Ignores message and e-mails, No response from anyone. Their advertisement says speed is 20mbp/s but actually its 5mb/s not to mention theres huge speed drop in peak hours. No extra speed for FTP, BDIX, Torrent not even i YouTube.

The worst experience I have ever had with an internet service provider. I am currently subscribed to 30mbps, however was only able to enjoy this speed for approximately 4 days in 3 months. Speed are on average usually below 8mbps. Every time I call them, they ensure me that the problem will be remedied, still I am always left with nothing but false promises. The service is completely off for at least 4 days per month. Although they promise 24/7 customer service, when you call after certain times, the individual that answers the phone is extremely rude and hangs up the phone. I understand that BD connect is completely inept, however they still expect me to pay the full 6000 takas every month. These people are cheaters, and thiefs. They think the money we pay them with is Choodar hamair taka. Maageer Fowain. Toorar Ma, booner choodi.

Bad net i dont recommend at all. There speeds r so bad and expensive . They offer 0.5Mbps for 1000 taka. The connection is lost almost every day . The speed if not even constant . Its so damn slow . Would give them half stars if i could.
