Fantastic hour out with friends and family. Friendly approachable staff, who are happy to help either via media with questions or in general when you get to. Site. Parking is plentiful but has a pay meter so good to bare in mind. Toilet facilities on site. Clean safe. Environment who had provisions for Covid in place. Would highly recommend and will definitely return in the future. Big thumbs up

A group of seven of us played and had such a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly, organised and professional. I had a problem with my booking but they were so accommodating and went out of their way to make it right for us.I would throughly recommend this venue and Ill definitely be returning to do another escape room soon.

Went here for my husbands birthday. Regrettable. We were trapped for 5 days with no food or water as they forgot about us over the weekend and staff abandoned their shifts. We were forced to eat the props to survive resulting in Mark almost choking on a key. 10/10 really made me feel alive again

From start to finish we were incredibly well looked after. Precautions all in place considering the current situation with Covid, everything was thought about in advance and we couldnt have felt safer.We completed What the Dickens, which is absolutely fantastic and atmospheric, but have visited before and honestly do not think you can go wrong with any of the amazing creations Escape Plan LIVE have produced! Cant wait to book again and return for another adventure.I cannot recommend highly enough - just GO!

This is excellent fun! Today we did What the Dickens and this was our 3rd Escape Plan Live and cant wait to do another. The people who run it are very friendly and helpful and it is very professionally organised. We have done 2 of their hour games at Sun Pier House with our kids 8 and 10 and they have loved them. But have also done the Terminal at the Pentagon set in the old bus depot with friends and that was brilliant! The actors are great and the setting is nice and grotty to add to the ambience!! And as its 90 minutes you get to have fun for much longer, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

A brilliant time was had by all! A bit startled by the idea it was pitch black and we only had the lights of our torches to work by but it all added to the spooky atmosphere! Well worth a visit and there are 5 different scenarios to choose from.

We took part in the Seance and it was a brilliant night out! Challenging, fun and scary. Really worth your money. The host was lovely, and made us all feel welcome. I just hope the ghost doesnt follow us home ;) Cant wait to try Terminal next.

100% reccomend these escape rooms!Me and my friends were trying to decide what to do for Halloween and we came across this, thought we would give it a try... we are definitely glad we did.We all had an absolute blast! not only are the games amazing but so are the staff!Always kind and welcoming, definitely worth the money.There is something for everyone here and truly is fun for the entire group.

I was the only one of our group to never have done an escape room before so was a little unsure what to expect. However the host made us all feel at ease and explained the story well for the room we did, The Seance. We all really enjoyed it and will definitely be back to do more rooms in the future.

A super enjoyable experience. 3 of us played the clink room. This was our first escape room experience and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Were already planning another visit.

Did the witch themed one with a group of 4, the room itself was a different style of escape room we are used to with directional locks which is cool. The one downside to the room was that there was a window that was partially clouded so you couldnt see particularly well behind it and you were supposed to spot a rat in the bottom right corner, however I couldnt even make it out with the torch right up next to it. If it was a bit clearer then it wouldnt have been so frustrating, even to just make out a foot and an ear or something. But other than that the room was decorated really well and all the puzzles were really cool. Only other thing that could have been better was if there was one attendee per group because our attendant couldnt really keep up with our game and the other game going on at the same time and we could tell when we asked for a hint and had to explain what we had done. Might try another one, but well see. Preferred Time Quest rooms.

It was quite a difficult escape room I was with a group of 7 and found the rooms were a little small to get us all looking for the clues ,the staff were both friendly and helpful,we managed to get all the clues with 8 minutes to spare. A good place to spend an hour to get the little gray cells working.

My friends and I first traveled to Escape Plan Live (in Chatham) from Essex nearly 2 years ago...............and we have been back ever since!!!!!We have such a good time playing the games at the three locations- Sun Pier House, Fort Amherst and Pentagon Shopping Centre, and all are very close to each other (10-15 minute walk).My favorite is the newest game TERMINAL!!!! I want to play again!!!!!!!!!!The team at Escape Plan Live really immerse you in the experience from the moment you walk through the door- terminal was no exception =).The use of live actors added an interesting (and at times scary) element to the game.The atmosphere of Terminal was spot on- it felt full of suspense and scares and it just kept building up as we made our way through- it was as if we were in a horror/scary film!!!!!The team are very friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. We have had lots of great moments with them and some funny memories too. We love to speak to them before and after the game =) They really help you to settle into the games and will provide those hints where necessary.If you are looking for something different to do, try an Escape Room at Escape Plan Live.Clock is ticking..................=)

This is such an awesome buzz and experience! It’s a real test of teamwork and helps you recognise your own strengths and weaknesses. The thought put into the game, props and atmosphere is incredible and impressive. And once you’ve played...you want to play again! Very addictive 😃👍

Took my Mum and family to Murder at the Pier. Just the four of us and we all loved it. Would definitely go again. Great, friendly hosts, too and a nice tea room upstairs.UPDATE: We went again for a second time, this time with youngsters as well (9, 7 and 3). Whilst it may not necessarily be ideal for kids as young as three every single person helped to find the clues! We had a fantastic time. Ross and the team were amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

A great tourist attraction for Medway and they are always adding more games each year. It is certainly a great way to spend an hour with friends and family and of course the thrill of completing the puzzles. Think laterally, think logically, think outside the box! A must visit either here or at Fort Amherst on a Saturday.

My first experience of an Escape Room and I really enjoyed it. Went with my son and grandchildren, we did Murder at the Pier. Captain Katie was a brilliant host and gave us a few helpful clues when we needed them!Would definitely like to try another room sometime.

Escape Plan live is fantastic! Me and my friends have just completed our 8th escape room there and are looking forward to doing their Christmas room in December. The staff are friendly and helpful and are always a pleasure to talk to. We have just done their Halloween room, The Terminal, which was exciting, challenging and terrifying all at the same time! Would definitely recommend a visit.

My friends and I have been visiting these guys for the last two years, and I can honestly say, I can’t fault their puzzles. Each room has a different theme, exciting puzzles, different style locks etc and they really get your brain ticking. Ideal for hen/stag do’s, birthday parties, team building, or even just an alternative to the usual pub, bowling, darts etc (yawn). We always look out for their next theme and love trying to set a new personal best time. Their latest room “The Terminal” is based in the Pentagon Shopping centre and I must say, they’ve really set the bar high on this one! Book up one of these rooms, do it, go on, why are you still reading? GO!!! (You won’t be disappointed!)

Got my brain ticking, scared me and made me laugh. Already have my eyes set on other rooms they are making. Deffiantly the best panic room place Ive ever been

Amazing experience for me and a 3 friends, didnt realize how clever someone could be as the clues arent what you think. Really got our brains in gear and worked together. Very good team building exercise and would and have recommended it.

I booked this for daughter 14th birthday. We loved theme The girls thoroughly enjoyed it.

Did the murder on the pier. We were a little underwhelmed compared to other escape rooms we have done in the past. Room wasnt reset carefully as previous users had written information on clues. Room was a little incoherent as to how clues and codes fitted together. The room deserves some TLC and redressing e.g. adding desks into the office which can be used to hide things in, doors that open when you release them rather than sticking shut, tatty bits of paper everywhere.

Very polite and would recommend to anyone will be returning for sure with family and friends

It was my first experience in a escape game and it was very cool. This is very hard to resolve and we had to ask for help to be able to escape in the available time. Sometimes its just a little thing that is missing.

Came down on 9th October as a team of 8 from work - team build! We chose the witchs cabin and smashed it! Such a laugh and would highly recommend this!
