Located on a rooftop on the Fortress hill, this bar has an exceptional vantage view. Combined with the very vodern, upscale atmosphere, it is one of the best places to spend a wonderful night.

A nice place with good drinks. I was disappointed by the service as the waiter made a point and was very nervous that I gave him 2 Euros in small quantities (I never understood why) while a guy who works in the shop (maybe that or that) was rude for no reason to two girls who asked him to pay. He answered ironically and rudenely that he was not a waiter ...
