Recently purchased a demo EcoSport from this showroom. I must say that the experience isnt anywhere close to good. I regret falling for the Family Wali Feeling assurance. Coming from Bangalore, it was a shock to receive such poor response. I had to call and message multiple times just to get registration status. They dont bother to update if the work isnt done at a promised date. If you are listening to me, please respect customer time. Some dont have enough free time to follow up with you endlessly.Initially I was wondering why other Ford Showrooms have got 4+ stars rating while this is struggling to even reach 3.5. Ive experienced it myself now.

I recently got my car serviced at this service center. All they know is charge their customers unnecessarily. This service center is a strict NO for repair and services. List of reasons.1. All their service engineers know is replace parts irrespective of actual damage done or not.2. They are good at washing cars.3. Customer service worst. Trust me there isnt any sync between the service engineer update and higher authority.Why I am mentioning this?- Because I was billed heavily for my car repair, but as I was doubtful on the way they were explaining the bill and as my car was completely down, I had no option but to get at least my car started so that I can get remaining issues addressed in other service center. They just billed me heavily considering I had no option as my car my down and I need to get it repaired. After I took to other service center, for the remaining repair other service center did it in the bare minimum cost, stating there wasnt any major issue. I was SHOCKED and SURPRISED!! Its sad that service center like this take advantage of customers under ford umbrella.To the Ford: if you want to retain your name in the market, request you to review the customer feedback on service centers.

Model Fuel is new Ford showroom in Bokaro Steel City, staff needs to be more professional, bought the car FORD ECOSPORT TITANIUM PLUS AT, made all payments, but they forgot to give boot at, despite so many reminders and follow up still had error in the Invoices. Needs management briefing to staff.
