We bought the Sax..not just a damn bean bag from there.Shopping experience..excellent...Rootvij attended personally..a polite n professional guy. Patiently answered all Questions. Allowed my son to experience the Sax as demonstrated in their videos.Delivery time...delayed by 8 days.Due to unavailable outer fabricQuality of material...good...matched expectations.Stitching of fabricHorrible...for all the high impact jumping promoted...the margins in inner and outer covers is less than 1 cm...single routine stitch...no seam made...no interlocking stitch to prevent unravelling.Our inner cover had 3 inch long unravelled stitch noticed within an hour of delivery.Rootvij fortunately responded immediately and promised a replacement. Thereafter, we have received NO response from him. there has been no repair, no Replacement and the free gift promised has not yet happened...its been only a month..so lets see.
