Give very good behavior and 5 star rating to all hospital staff, especially nurses. But the behavior and attitude of security personnel is very cheap. Especially a security guard, I do not know his name, but he was on morning duty at the canteen side gate on 27/09/21 (Monday).So kindly avoid this type of staffs....🙏

Imagine the receptionist at the covid vaccination center having the last laugh, just because they were able to make me wait till the end for registration on the second floor. Why?Because I objected on being asked to wait for registration until all 10 arrive after payment. We were accumulated as 10 in the waiting hall below before being sent to the billing counter. So why wait? Then the receptionist asked me to come to their counter to do the registration, while the male guy sitting to their right did all the rest of the registration. There were 3 of them at the reception, and they made sure that I was the last one to leave the counter, and they had a victory smile on their face!No matter how good the ambience of the hospital is, the main thing is how you treat the people!

Please avoid this hospital for Covid vaccination. I went to this hospital today afternoon for Covid vaccination after booking through COWIN portal in the 2 to 4 slot which was the only available slot for this hospital in the portal. I also called up the hospital to double check if the vaccine is available. I reached there around 02:30 pm and was asked to wait outside where few others were also waiting. After 10 minutes, 2 people were called in. The rest of us (around 5) were asked to wait in the reception area. 2 more people came later so total 7 of us were there now.At 3 pm, I asked the PRO how long we should wait and he told they are waiting for a total of 10 people to come and only 7 were there now. The wait continued. At 03:30, another person asked the same question and got the same reply. There was not even one person to attend to the people who were waiting there. Two out of the seven who were waiting left the place at 03:45 after throwing away the token to the security person. I asked the receptionist what is happening and she again repeated the same 10 number requirement and that now there are only 5 of us. The PRO came to the scene at 4 pm and told he is helpless and that they cannot initiate vaccination for the 5 of us.So one and a half hours of waiting ended up for nothing. Such a pathetic service. Please go to some government hospital where you get free vaccination and better service. If you need private hospital, please avoid this hospital at any cost. Go to some good hospital in Kottayam instead.

On 12.09.21 we took my wife to this hospital she was covid postive and six months pregenant..we call hospital and asked weather we can bring her there they said OK. And also said Dr. Divya Louis will attend...but when we brought her to the hospital no doctor attended her, only nurse checked her BP and gave her some medication....please avoid such hospitals

This is a hospital where there is no compromise in the field of spiritual atmosphere and Hygiene. They try to give most modern medical care through expert doctors who are very humane with the patients. The doctors give their service ever out of their duty time with a brotherly love. The administration system also is open to many charitable deeds which give special concern to poor deserving people .

Our daughter was delivered here.. 10 days before due date. Every thing was fine in scanning. But Doctor told that Normal delivery not possible and need to do c-section. She was in Operation Theater, they broke her water manually. I seriously doubt that they did this on purpose. My wife had insurance, that why they did this. Do believe what ever doctor says. These people are selfish.

Looting of MONEY !!!!!Worst experienced hospital ever …As the situation around us getting worst day by day due to this pandemic CORONA disease - hospitals has to show some mercy on patients approaching in all means !!!Its not only Business its service too!An example happens-My friend went today for some medical follow up checkups !Previously ( 2 weeks ) he took the token for Rs:150 which have a validity only of 14 days so today he have to took token again with the same cost - unfortunately last day he call hospital for an advance booking and they did so - which costing him extra of Rs: 50 while its not informed during booking ( just this figures not so high still for an admission everyone of us want to pay these amounts every-time )I know now the hospital will says its part of its standards and ——— whatever !!!But what happens here when he ( friend ) questioning it - administration refunded the money at the same time !So what about those who all not questioned about it ?And PAID THIS MONEY !!!

For an ordinary person least priority floor service... If it is their doctors or staff care of.. First priority room service in case of casualties.... They have to improve their service in many ways.... Especially in these pandemic days... They only shine in their ads.... For doctors appointment they gave priority to their staffs.. Back door consultation.... Not all the departments.. And doctors... Some staff. ... Please give utmost care and consideration to all the needy... This review may be justified by many persons... But, I have witnessed many cases. . .to point a few...Making wait 8months old pregnant woman in long queues for just medicines... Vaccine nneeded kids have to wait along with other vulnerable groups... They just needed prescription for vaccination... It is vary bad 1 month old baby has to wait for hours for get vaccine prescription.... Some old age visitors has to wait for long queue to get medicine... At the same time, if we know the staff they immediately came forward to pack and deliver the medicines of close people... Treat everyone equally... Equality is not just a constitutional word... It has wide meaning and we all committed to treat all equally...Helpless people never raise their voice against this... They fear the society.. The people... Themselves...Then, money looting... Not only the patients.. Some wealthy persons are important victims.. Looting money from them to make additions... And attract more patients...Last day a case, a viral infection case... 1yr old baby had to wait 2 more hours among corona postive patients and their bye standers in casualty to get room after admission.. Their procedure... 😮... Cant imagine.... But I appreciate them.. They have answers for all complaints with explanation...Another comedy they easily prescribe admission.. But discharge.. Its a loooooonnnngggg process.... 😄

The number given does not connect to the correct desk and gets disconnected after a few seconds everytime.Edit: the call is being disconnected on the hospital end and not a network problem. Happens after the person answering the phone replies they are forwarding the call.

From my experience, this hospital have group of efficient doctors and staffs. One of my family members was hospitalized and treated under urology department by Dr Praveen,the best department and doctor. The day 1st till discharge everything was systematized and got good care. I am thankful to Dr Praveen Gopi, a skilled urologist and kindhearted person also thanks to Dr Jenny Abraham (Anesthetist).

Me being a Doctor, had the worst experience in this hospital.My uncle was admitted there last month and he was brain dead..we asked them to take him out of the ventilator...bt the hospital authorities (Dr Varghese Antony and team),not knowing that i belong to the same profession, tried to maintained his ventilator support and administered all the medicines which were utterly waste for that patient.When we questioned about it..the reply we got was that the patient was maintaining well...tats why they were giving the medicines..According to him,his lungs were functioning well(which was the worst lie because from the day 1,he was intubated and was fully on ventilator support(which means the his lungs stopped working 2 days ago and its the machine tat makes him breathe)After we informed him that we will expose this issue,the patient was extubated and was declared dead within an hourIf i hadnt been there,they would have prolonged this for few more weeks and would have charged a bill of atleast 5 lakhs.

Cowin - Covid Vaccination Govt Registration order is manipulated. I have booked vaccine from govt website and reached the hospital at 8:30 in the morning. The told vaccine was finished at 9:00 which was a lie because vaccination was supposed to start only at 9:00. I spoke with reception, and directed to speak with Fr. James in his room. I could also over hear an unprofessional comment receptionist made to colleague. Moral of the story - Spirituality and Jesus, doesnt run hospital, corrupted system and Business minded Priest does.

I have good experience from this hospital.My mother was suffering from urological problem for one year, which she consulted Dr Praveen Gopi recently. She was admitted under Dr Praveen and underwent surgery.She got excellent treatment, now staying with good health. We got good guidance and care from staffs during hospitalization.Many thanks to Dr Praveen Gopi who is an amiable person, great attitude towards patients and excel in his profession. It is a good hospital with good doctors. The rates for treatment is reasonable and there is ample space for car parking as well. The security guards will help us for anything and the general coordination is really good inside the hospital. Good experience. All my family members are taking treatment from this hospital for long time. Took treatment from paediatrics, medical ,gynecology, orthopedic and neurology department. The care we received was highly appreciable.

Hopeless PRO. Unable to give any help regarding condition of patients. Made several calls but he is not taking the phone whereas he could get the information and pass it on instead he says we have to wait till the visiting time which is a few hours away to get any information about a patient.

St Thomas Hospital is also known as Chethipuzha Hospital...Its facilities are top class....Doctors are highly Efficient....Staffs are well softskilled....Nurses dedication is appreciatable...Labs and treatment is trustable....But they need to lower the fees...They must consider the poor patients....Rest of all ok with St Thomas Hospital....

Very bad hospital. My relative passed away recently due to irresponsible treatment and care. He is a gym owner and a bodybuilder. He gone to hospital with his two wheeler and returned as a dead body. Never ever try this hospital even for a cold.

I was very surprised to see that St. Thomas hospital in our small town has such an amazing customer service.! I was in the UK for over 15 years and from the past one year Im with my parents here at changancherry. And one thing I know for sure is the private hospitals here in India is all about business and is always full of themselves. Im telling you this because I have experienced it. But this time I had a different experience and I wanted to share it because it is easier to complain when something goes wrong and it takes time and effort to appreciate when you see something good. Maybe other hospitals can make an example of this one.Anyway.My mom is very old, she recently had a major operation and to be honest I was scared to take my already vulnerable mom to any hospital because of Covid situations. However, since she cant miss her routine checkup, two days ago, I had to book her an appointment with Doctor .....I got a text message confirming my booking which is normal these days for anything and everything. But the next day (ie., yesterday- her appointment day) Ive got a reminder, then a status of my OP token. At first I ignored it but then Ive got messages when the doctor started his OP, followed by, again, the current token status. Now, that is something new! They sent the token status every now and then. I was already dressed and ready to go to the hospital as I didnt know about these messages. So, I drove my mom to the hospital and waited in the parkingI also got an intimation when the my token was just few tokens away from being called. Minutes later another one when the token called. I took my mom inside, didnt wait or sit any where, but went straight to the doctors room. Finished consultation and quickly I took my mom away from the hospital and made her wait in the car so that I can get her medicines from Pharmacy.If it wasnt for that service, me and mom wouldve ended up sitting infront of the doctors room where it is hard to maintain social distancing.This is such a thoughtful service that youre providing especially when the pandemic now is in the stage of community spread. Great job 👏 and I sure am staying home untill my token is nearing when I book next.

We had a very bad experience there. They just shifted the patient who got a major surgery to the room without letting the by stander know. And the patient left there alone for an hour and he needs to walk to the nurses station to get someone(just the day after he got the surgery we supposed to walk). The nurses call alarm wasnt working too.Later we complained the bad experience with the PRO in the hospital but they havent take a mind to check and also we reported a bad rating on the feedback form also but they havent asked as why we reported such a low rating.

Went with my 3 yr old boy with chest infection. We went for nebulization. We had done covid test for him since he had cough just to make sure its not anythg bad....even with a negetive result they refused to give him.nebulisation....can understand they are taking care as covid is spreading,but my son was heavily veezing and they didnt show any sympathy..I even asked them to re take covid test if required for which they agreed at first ,but after 20 mins of standing out in cold with my son they came and told they wont help and we need to leave.... thankfully udayagiri hospital accepted us and gave him treatment.

Hospital is ok. I gave 12 visit so far. i only have one issues- u ask reception, nurses, anyone any questions. And it seems they only know 10-15%...I had 4 good experiences during 6months..I visited this hospital twice in june month and it was a good experience. 4 star because of 2 doctors I met.One of them - Dr. Maya - gynaecologist - she gave a detailed explanation, gave pros & cons of my queries, answered my queries, very polite and professional too. Gave me an overview, with confidence, that i am fine and can b ahead too.Now, everyone has their experience.

Good hospital offering satisfied care and treatment.However the security and the reception needs to be improved. They should be educated to help and provide good hospitality for the people. And they also charge unbelievable amount as visiting fee, charge 20 per head for half hour which I feel it is not worth here. You can charge if you offer good hospitality services for the visitors but not with proper car parking space and amenities.Thank you !

Very very poor nursing care, absulutly management had appointed in experinced nurses.large majority of the nursing staff at this hospital are either freshers or trainees from the nursing college. The doctors here are experienced and well-mannered, but the nurses very bad attitude. You cant see a nurse with a smiling face. Once you are here, you have the chance to go through all the machines for a ride. Very sad to say that, this mission hospital was so close to our heart had become now to a modern (cash making institute).

Worst & heartbreaking experience from the doctoral service from Dr.George Mathew ( General & Laproscopic Surgery) and Dr.Anil.P.John (Gastroenterology). Dr.Anil insulted so badly and shut me off as if I was lying with my chronic and acute symptoms. During this pandemic who wish to go to the hospital frequently if there wasn’t a manageable issue and need a doctor for finding? I wish to rate a 0 . So disappointing & Not again to this hospital.

Money minded and no humanity to patients.

I guess, a large majority of the nursing staff at this hospital are either freshers or trainees from the adjacent nursing college. The doctors here are vastly experienced and well-mannered, but the nursing team leaves much to be desired. I think those young ladies are there just for the experience certificate while they are preparing for tests like IELTS to go and work abroad.
