I had wrongly purchased a router for my home instead of a modem. It was completely my mistake as I asked for a router. However, they replaced me the router with a modem later on the same day. This issue is because of the heavy rush due to the one-day lockdown relaxations after a long time, on 11th June 2021. I am thankful for their very cordial action. Also, the price of the D-Link modem given to me was Rs.100 lower than that charged by a well-known computer sales store in Chry.

In my experience they solved my display issue...but when open for the next issue only realize that insulation of the display adapater cable fully removed.its a bad experience. No one will open and see computer after repair right? I dont feel a sincere

I recently gave my laptop to get fixed there and was surprised how how they charge for the repairs. And and I told em to upgrade my ram and charged me 2500 for a 4gb 1600mhz ram like lmao its only 2000 in Amazon.. and and they actually tried to fool me with a 4gb 1335 mhz lmao... Im glad I checked everything and told em *I dont want the ram* kskkssk... Tf am I upgrading the ram if I they dont put a similar ram lol... Told em to replace my keyboard and I was why is it like loose and not so sturdy and they gave me a really *idfk reason* xDD and then I found later when I got home that thy didnt screwed the pcb of the keyboard to thechassis unfortunately... :( IF YOURE GOING TO BUY STUFF OR REPAIR.. DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DO NOT.. Theyre not even PROFESSIONALS for crying out loud..
