This is a very big market place located in Bengali camp square, Ballarpur road ,Chandrapur. All verities of river, dam, water reservoirs and tank water live and preserved fresh fish ,prawns as well as some selected preserved sea fish are available in bulk and in retails. The bulk received early in the morning from the area mostly from Sironcha , amalnala dam and the rivers.The catch is also received by the whole sellers from hyderabad and auctioned to retailers. The surplus despatched to out stationed markets after sorting and in ice preserved packages to maintain freshness.The rates are varied from Rs 200 to 400 a kg. and prawns from Rs 400 to 600 per kg. per quality.
