A single word for describing the experience here is Humiliating. These people are perfect examples of body-shamers. They will keep telling you that the outfits are model sizes. We live in an era of all size models and yet these people are stuck in skinny modelsizes. They dont even consider any feedbacks. The staff is rude. Worst shopping experience here.

If you want to buy a lehenga please dont go there, 1 is extremely overpriced lehengas, 2 - if you try more than 3 lehengas they will humiliate you! Lehengas above 5 lakh and just 3 variety? Also the trial rooms were filled with guys, where the girls were uncomfortable.. and when I asked for a female helper, the owner told me not to waste his time! Bad customer service! Guys please forward it as much as possible to let everyone know how mannerless the staff is and not go there!

I along with my friend visited to this place to get her wedding lehanga! Never would we have imagined what we went through that day! Such unprofessional behaviour, all the staff was really ill-mannered!All that glitters isnt good !Similarily the lehangas might look gold , but they arent worth it as the staff wont let you buy one with peace of mind .You will eventually get disappointed and leave.
Very poor customer service. Staff is not flexible at all. You are paying in lacs but still they will not listen to you for any suggestions. You will get same outfits at Sudhir bhai and aditya Mohit and other stores in chandni chowk at half prices
They literally force you to buy and if you ask for some time they say why you wasted our time. They are arrogant and disrespectful people. 95 percent reviews here are paid. They will make you wait for hours. Lehengas are good but triple the price. I would suggest you to visit Aditya and Mohit instead.
If it was possible for me to give a zero star review I would do that, the receptionist was really rude to my mother, all of us visited the showroom with the intention of buying some quality pieces but after making us wait for more than 1.5 hours, the receptionist literally walked up to my mother and screamed at her for complaining. 10/10 would not recommend. I believe the receptionist Prableen will be the downfall of the entire store, have heard the same case from many who refused to buy after witnessing her behavior.
Good collection on fabrics but they are least bothered with the client services. They dont attend you properly until and unless you ask them to. Salesman were extremely rude and arrogant.

The worst experience so far! I walked in and the store was empty Like zero customer still they made us wait for good 30 minutes, employees were roaming around and no proactive information was provided to us, I was the only one pushing and taking follow up. Finally were allotted with an assistant who was suppose to show us the outfit, this guy had his own swag (really wish to understand where do they get it from, being in service industry) I showed him the picture and he showed 3 outfits, the employees here are pushy, sarcastic and judgmental, the environment is very hostile and uncomfortable. While I tried an outfit worth 2.5 lakhs and said I will decide (As it was the first ever outfit I tried) one of the employee sarcastically commented (actually had the audacity) Yeh log kaise bar bar chandini chok aajate hai mujhe ni pta.. these people need to realize that customers are the reasons they are getting their salaries. They are highly untrained and that reflect in their behavior. I could afford that is why I visited, I chose another designer and outfit for my wedding, will never recommend anyone to visit here as they are very rude and disrespectful.Dear google please launch a negative rating, business like these deserve negative stars -*

I think they have set a benchmark for themselves and once you visit the store, the overall aura is so good that you cant leave without purchasing a dress from their. At my daughters wedding,we booked a lehanga. When we went there for collection it was not ready. They kept on procrastinate the date of delivery and finally we had to stay at hotel for more days pressuring them to give the lehanga for the wedding on time. We were so tensed. Anyone who buys from them, please beware that they do not ready the piece by time and at times give old piece also if not checked.

As the name suggests Asiana couture, the place is a complete opposite as its completely filled with pathetic lighting & over rated music. The staff is a not at all courteous. There are no protection related to Covid-19 which I shall inform the relevant authorities to check upon them. They have non-sanitary conditions not expected from an outlet whos product prices are touching way too high like 2-3 lacs and beyond. The owners arent looking into the fact that its the customers who build up the brand. My honest opinion, avoid completely as there are many relevant stores around the corner who are much better equipped in handling customers

I went to Asiana For all my outfits for my brothers wedding. Their lehenga collection was vast and very hard to choose from, one was better than the other. I changed the colors according to me and the lehenga turned our better than I imagined. The work is so neat & fine and the fitting was perfect in the first trial. It was delivered in a beautiful box and on time. I loved my experience at Asiana.

So famous but so so unprofessional.This place is a nightmare.They have very overpriced lehngas . Not just this , they have male staff in trial room and they help you change your clothes. Have a look at the blouses of their lehnga and just imagine having 4-5 male members in trial room with you. This place is a mere nanga naach of brides to be.Worst worst place to go for bridal shopping.Please brides to be..go anywhere but asiana.You will get much more beautiful lehngas in lesser price anywhere. But not Asiana.There should be some legal action taken against this shop.

Purchasing from them is the worst decision ever...I really liked the insta page and visited the store. They stricted work on appointment basis, so i took the appointment. Then they asked me to wait. I still waited ! I tried on 3 bridal lehengas only when i asked them to give me a day to finalise, they stopped showing more and started being rude..Seriously??Bridal lehengas 3 options ?? will you finalise ??i hate this store so so much.The same instance happened with a bunch of people who visited before me.I will strongly not recommend you to buy from this placeIf there would have been an option for zero !!!...These guys think the lehenga is for free..

Extremely discourteous staff , not interested in showing options as per your needs . They will show everything they feel like . The walkway to the store is extremely shady , and the attitude of its sales staff is rude , and obnoxious for no reasons . If there sales strategy is to entertain only those customer who have an intention to buy on the same day they are actually losing because people like to think before spending such a hefty amount . They stop showing lehngas if you tell them you want to think and decide and make another visit or want to take a day more . Additionally , if everything is over 2 lakhs I would recommend you to visit an Anita Dongre or a Sabyasachi store - atleast their sales team are respectful and classy !The sales team at Asiana is not following Covid precautions , there are male members in trial rooms !!! What a horrible experience - please do not trust all the good reviews here , I am a roll informed and a well researched customer - Trust me , this place is not worth the money you’ll spend !

Rates for wedding lehengas start at 2L. If you can afford it, only go if you can also afford COVID-19, as all of the staff members were using there mask as a chin protector & the owner is a godly figure who doesn’t need a mask at all.Nevertheless, it’s a good place to party with loud disco music.

Went there for my wedding shopping with my mother. Very uncomfortable environment because of exceptionally loud music and everyone shouting there lungs out to be audible.We asked the owner to reduce the volume to which his answer was We like to work in loud music. Absolute zero regard for customer. When my mother informed shes not feeling well, their response was that they can provide a Saridon (for headache), but cant reduce the music. At least one other customer suggested to turn off the music.I recommend to avoid this place as for the huge amount they charge for their lehengas, the end-to-end experience might not be not worth it.

Pathetic. Wastage of time. Untidy work. They do not showcase lehengas even if we have an appointment. Had to wait for one hour. They get a form filled seeking every detail regarding your marriage date and all. And after waiting for one hour they just say that we cannot provide lehenga on your mentioned date after showing 3-4 lehengas. If you cannot deliver the lehengas before mention date of wedding than you should say it straight. Why to waste the time of the customer. If you are getting a form filled then check it first.
