Very poor service after sale , I would convey massage to the owner kindly train to your staff how to talk to customer and getting the more output from them.I am using your internet service recently and we are facing a problem a lot due internate failure but your staff is not picking our phone and once received once after 35 calls and asking your contact no. he has said cant give you because our owner is so busy person he will get disturb from customer calls...I honestly want know if you are getting disturb from customer call then you are not appropriate person who are serve to better ...

Worst kind of service provided. They have taken up work of Internet service provider of BSNL. But when it comes to service or any other problems pertaining to the Internet service being affected, they simply put it on BSNL and neglect the customers distress.If they have taken the work they should be responsible for it instead of blaming it on BSNL and leaving the customer with no clue as to what to do and suffer. Have some respect towards the money paid to you.
