Very poor experience in Maruti service centre. Been there with my friend who is having WagonR for service. They took one hour for job card only. The persons are working in the service centre are so lazy to attend the customers. The customers have to wait for the service advisor at least for 30 to 45 minutes to atten.

No Covid protocols were followed. Service is very poor. Service advisor not fully conversant with works to be done. Cashier is harsh in speaking. Expects only cash from customer due to slow network speed for card payment.

Only place for Genuine Maruti Car service.. Good staff I have 10 yrs of experience. Need to instruct about problems at first and they will try best to complete.Payment modes available are Online, Cards. No cheque payment is accepted.Need to intervene for fast and accurate delivery sometimes.Regards Prashant

Please be careful when servicing from here because they just add extra things which is of no use and increase the price of servicing and the work is very poor they dont even wash the car properly. I saw them when they are washing my car they just waste half of their time in enjoying with water.

My experience is that no one should repair a car from that showroom. When I was taking out insurance, I was following the staff a lot. Sir, it is good to take insurance, but in reality, when you take a car, those people dont talk to you properly and leave the car as it is. Take it, take it, take it ... its boring service. so be aware from TriStar services center, chandrapur.No star at all to TriStar ..
