Worst Bank experience ever.My honest feedback on SBI Padoli Branch1. Banks working more process-oriented not customer-oriented. I have to visit the bank for more than 4 times & spend a significant amount of hours to get things done. Which I had never experienced with any other bank.2. The behavior of the junior staff is not appropriate. Staff misguided by providing half information. & your security guard is talking with me in “Tu” “Ta”, as a customer It is horrible to experience.3. I registered the official complaint online by customer helpline. I have not received any response on that from the customer service for that complaint.
