Big hotel but very old. I was stay two night, AC of my room was not working, Fridge was not in working condition. TV was not recharged & not worked at all. Midnight I changed roomThats why I rated only 🔯

I paid while check-in the hotel. while check out, the receptionist told me that the printer was not working so she would send me receipt on my Whatsapp later. so I check out the hotel. after an hour, I got receipt of Rupees. its about cheating. so please do care.

Hotel is just for show off purpose. Food is not good , rooms are not well equipped. Marriage hall are without ac . And their ducting service is also not working. Staff didnt listen to you. They charge more and deliver less.My mistake to choose this hopeless hotel for marriage ceremony. @ Roy

It is one of the most underrated restaurant of chandrapur as far as no. of visitors are concerned. But i can frankly say they r among best in chandrapur. Food quality is very good and that too at quite reasonable costs. On sunday there remain crowd but on other day restaurant is calm and serene place. They only serve veg food.

This place has been in Chandrapur from the time when there were no other great hotels. Earlier it used to be called Kundan Plaza and how the name is changed to what it is presently. Its clean, not sure about the food. We booked this for our wedding party so the support overall was good. But definitely they could improve on the conversation style with a customer. We were catered by Sangeeta Patil who was very helpful.

Good Environment

I along with my friend stayed at Tristar Hotels for a day. We were impressed with d room decor n cleanliness. Clean room n bathroom, the food was delicious n freshly cooked. Dana Pani restaurant was under renovation but the substitute restaurant was nicely designed but the memorable thing was the quality of food!! They make it a point to provide excellent service in every way possible n all guests r important for them. Overall, a great stay which made our trip happy n memorable.

Location is good and is situated on highway. Used only the room and not the amenities. The hotel looked mostly non occupied probably due to off season. Good parking place for vehicle within the premises. The washrooms were clean and nice except a lizard in the washroom, which the hotel management needs to look after.The rooms were reasonably large. The manager was kind enough to provide me a packed sandwich and fruits when I checked out early in the morning at 0630 hrs.Would surely try the hotel once again for a long stay

Worse room service. Called three to four times but got no service. food was also not too good. Ambience of room and other things are goodPlz dont book the ac hall, as it is not sufficient for the area. The hall still remains hot. I didnt had a good experience.

Its a good hotel in Chandrapur. The connectivity to Tadoba gates is good enough. It takes around 30-45 min to reach most of the Tadoba Gates. Even the roads are good. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Restaurant has a lot of food options and taste is very good. There are two restaurant at the hotel.We had to leave early (at about 5) every day to reach the Tadoba gates on time for the morning safari. The hotel staff was kind enough to pack us sandwiches and give us tea and coffee in the morning before we left! That was a great gesture. I would surely stay at this hotel everytime I visit Tadoba.

The entrance was decorated really well owing to diwali occasion. The reception greeted with warm wishes and the room was very clean as well. The staff also greeted with well wishes. I thoroughly enjoyed the dinner and had a good sleep in the room. Overall experience was very satisfying.

One of the best places to stay and eat in Chandrapur. The rooms are good, service prompt and food is also good. Just the location is odd, its on the outskirts of the city (though u can get auto easily from here) but if u have a vehicle then no worries.

Decent hotel with good vegetarian food. Not recommended for the meat lovers. One side you have road view but luckily for me I got the power plant view. It is recommended that you book this place online as we got more than 1000 off through Yatra as compared to Booking from the counter. I booked the room through Yatra standing at the hotel reception.

Good but Price high

The property is located on the main road and high way. Its well kept and housekeeping and hospitality is good. Its vegetarian hotel. But nonveg food is provided and delivered to your room nearby hotels. The individual rooms need better upkeep as I was allotted Room No. 201 and I found the window broken and was shifted to Room No. 203 where the LED bulb were replaced as they were fused. Hope the management looks into these small deficiencies in the room maintenance. Otherwise the staff is well groomed.

The only classy hotel in the vicinity. Full fledged with modern amenities and a helpful reception. But the cab rates from here are pretty high. It is advisable to pick cabs from outside. This hotel is not suited for budget travellers. Also the food is very costly compared to other hotels nearby.
