I booked my Tiago from here. As I booked it online, my case was being handled by the showroom manager. I personally felt there was some miscommunication while dealing with my case by the manager and would have been handled in a better way. I understand the other responsibilities he may be having being a manager but this should not be the reason for being ignorant about the bookings under him. I complained about him to tata motors and somehow the case was transfered to Sales executive Mr. Nikhil Gabhane. I received the 5 star service from Mr. Nikhil. There was absolutely clear communication regarding the delivery of my Tiago, he made everything crystal clear and delivered it in time. He is the person who will solve all your queries and doubts. My suggestion is whenever you visit this showroom, ask for Mr Nikhil, Im sure he wont disappoint you. I think clear communication is the key to build customer relationships and trust, and he has this quality.Overall, the sales experience was very good. Will update about after-sales experience after first few services.

Worst Car showroom in chandrapur, went to enquire tiago and altroz as both are great value for money hatchbacks, but sales exectuive had extreme bad behaviour as if not intrested to sell, even denied providing quotation(asked first to pay advance). Tata motors is a great car maker, but poor customer service of dealers is clinging tata roots, utter disappointment.

Disappointed by typically Tata showroom customer experience. As it has been described in numerous online forums.I was planning to buy my 1st car that also made India and made by Indian. In on order to support of vocal for local. I head out straight to Tata showroom.But now I differ my buying decision due to poor experience :-1) showroom manager (Mr. Amol Potude) and sales executive saidShowroom will entertain cashless insurance claim only if car insurance is purchased from dealer. And Showroom insurance quotes were 35 to 45% more than insurance quotes I was getting online or through direct insurance company.2) showroom is over charging RTO Brokerage charges ₹1550 which is beyond prescribed registration fees.Explanation given by sales executive -Every one (customer) is paying this agent brokerage charges. And all showroom charges this brokerage.3) Showroom manager not interested in retaining existing customers. Attitude was was like take it or leave it. I dont care.As pointed by other Google reviewerCustomer handling is very poor.Any future customers be aware of your rights.Gave One star only for providing test drive and Tata cars are good.

Pathetic customer handling. Mr. Amol Potude feels as if he owns TATA. Went to buy harrier and a nexon but ended up with 2 Mahindra XUV300 :D

Typical TATA showroom... No customer satisfaction.. Went to check Altroz and Nexon, but no one was interested to show the car and not even tried to sell the car. No quotation provided no specifications explained.. very disappointed. Supposed to consider 1 star but due to Tata products will give 2 stars. But zero stars for Customer service and satisfaction.

According to me zero rating.....not deliverd on time , lack of communication and cordination between employees...sufferd by customer
