Service department has efficient employees but the sales department and the accounts mainly have the worst and frustrating ones

Amazing experience at erai Honda, behaviour of staff is very polite and they force you for test drive. Very nice waiting room they ask you for tea and coffee, salesman is very polite and having throughout knowledge of cars and they explain each and every feature of cars very nicely. Looking forward for booking amaze.

Had purchased a Jazz. Delivery schedule was missed by 2 months but gave a very good deal on the car. Showroom is good, spacious and clean. Parking is a problem since I was asked to park outside at a cramped space adjacent to road. Delivery was smooth and everything promised was provided but some documents were not compiled at delivery which should have been. Accessories counter is missing would have been great if some accessories would have been readily available however those were offered on order.
