I am wondering how are they even thriving, theres nothing good about them.They can fire you whenever they want and refuse to pay your salary. Worst firm I have ever been in.

I am employee at this company and I can say for sure, that they are going to fail - one year down the lane. Welcome to Vwish solution Pvt. Ltd!- Think creative (LOL)Even though everything started off well for everybody, the top level management shifted its focus from talent retention and the whole situation is haywire now. Here are some of the reasons as to why you must think twice before coming here.1) The senior management’s focus is not on employees. For them, you are just another minion who will put a nut in their “bring back the moon to earth” plan. The employees are not valued and I have seen people quit right on their joining day. We are made to feel useless and are not challenged up our potential.2) Politics - the senior managers tend favor people from their own hometown or people who speak their mother tongue. Your efforts will go down the drain if you are put in a team with such a manager.3) They advertise themselves as a company offering a thriving startup culture. Apart from bean bags and coffee machines, the environment is pretty hostile. You will not get any benefits like you get in other start ups. No flexibility in terms of work, no perks (except for insurance).4) Mind you, this is no place to make mistakes. If you are thinking, “I will probably join this start up so I can make mistakes and learn and thrive”, all your experiments will be taken against you during the appraisal.5) The HR is almost non existent. No WFH, no sick leaves (you read that right!). In fact, you will have to send mails to all concerned parties 4 days in advance for your leaves to be approved. Else, LWP6) Some people have been fired / demoted at half salary (but same work) with immediate effect. This causes mental trauma besides the obvious financial, time and efforts lost in vain suddenly not just to the individual but to her/his entire family! This can never be compensated for.Most of their Ex employees have not been sufficed of there full salaries (some even didn’t got last 2 months of salaries)They deduct TDS at the rate of 10% from every employee who joins and dont care to submit it at the times of return filing.No. of Ex employees have tried to file case against them on various grounds like labour laws, unethical practice, IT return non filing . but they always r spared due to strong connectionsAditya Parashar, Arjun Vashisht r some of the top family people who govern this..this is a One Person CompanyOne Person Company (OPC) is a newly introduced type of company. Like ANYTHING IS POSSIBLEcompany (as we say) , numerous Ex employees u will meet r going to have many negative feedbacks as this company stole their hard earned time and money .while they continue to grow on the money of their Ex employees, I hope Karma will sometime kickback and thrash them hard (so hard that they dont dare to do there nuisance )I wish if someone reading it from labour department and income Tax department ,hold them off and check their records .******Please join at your own risk******

The company is a lala company, managers dont have any talking sense totally nonsense, low wages, company dont have any correct info,career will be spoiled, no human value except money, A BIG ZERO COMPANY.NEVER EVER JOIN THIS . one star is compulsory to give, otherwise they do not deserve this one
