Centre of the Punjab university. famous in all over the region. many popular songs and punjabi movies are filmed here. It is basically the eating zone in the university with open space. the food quality is good and mouth watering. not so expensive. students can afford. many options available as there are may shops having variety. anyone can visit and spend quality time here as there is lot of open space available. parking could be a bit problem as the parking space is less for 4-wheelers.

Being a University student from past 4 years , this place seems Home to me ❤️ .There are alot of food joints here which Serves wide variety of shakes , drinks , Indian thalis , snacks , juices , indian snacks etc.Apart from that there is a plenty of space to hangout with friends family and to feel the young and positive vibes of Panjab University . Also There is a South Cafe here at the top floor of that spiral /round historic building , it serves only South Indian food .Seating arrangement is quite great at south cafe.Also ATM facility is there at ground floor of that building and Ist floor of that building has a common room where TV and indoor games like table tennis ,carrom board ,chess ,tambola are Available to play and watch.There is Alot of parking facility for stuc , it has almost 3-4 parkings.Best thing about this place is that its very cheap and Hygenic too , u can get best version of Kadahi Paneer thalis just for Rs 70-80.A Must visit place!!!

This place will always remain close to the heart. I cant even count how many times I have ditched the normal food of mess to taste the Kadhai Paneer Thali. That more than 1 km walk seemed nothing in front of the taste of food you get at this place and that too at reasonable prices. The paranthas they serve in the morning were a different fantastic taste. I will keep coming to this place 10-20 years from now.

This place is famous as it is office of elected President of university and other members secondly it is a food hub for university students and offers variety of food stuff. Price may be a negative factor as food served here is bit expensive but worth it. This is just near the A.C. Joshi Library, PU and is surrounded by many departments thus attracts students and at this place one may find one or the other event taking place it may be a nukad natak, any protest, dance competition, etc. making this place attractive and fun to students.

Student centre is the hub of student activity at Panjab University, Chandigarh. There are shops offering beverages and meals at reasonable rates. However, there is no proper eating arrangement as such. There are benches in the open but are not too clean and are always occupied by people sitting and chatting. Great hangout place at university but needs more facilities.

This a cozy place, famous not just among students of Panjab University, but all the residents of Chandigarh. One can get variety of food here, but mainly North Indian dishes and snacks are famous. Shakes, here, are nice. Fruit chats,salads are also available. There is a round building, on top of which is Indian Coffee house. There you can get South Indian food and some shakes. Usually the taste of all food items here is good but food quality is not so good. Once at South Indian cafe, they served me stale vada. The ice used in summers is very unhygienic one.Stu-c has huge seating space. Sitting in open and having food while enjoying the greenery and lively environment of this place, makes it even more attractive.

I have been visiting this place as a kid. I love all the food shops that are present. My favorite is to have a lime soda and rajma chawal. They are delicious and fulfilling. I also love Indian Coffee shop that is upstairs in the building. They have such amazing food for such a decent price. I love it. Can’t wait to visit again.

The food is fine but good on packet. I dont like the food that much. This place is good for students to hangout and have something for munch but having a meal there is not what I prefer, personally.

Good place for those who love crowd and gathering. Its the happening place in PU. Tea and Grilled sandwich are the best here. Food is hot oily and fair. But be cautious of what you order especially while ordering full meals. There have been earlier incidents of food poisoning. So totally and regular food consumption here should be avoided by those who have sensitive stomachs. During University elections this spot become the centre of politics. In every festival this spot is the main centre of activity.
