These people does not know anything. I would never recommend this place. In this time of pandemic, we have been trying to get a ticket for my husband from Delhi to Australia. After wasting almost a week, giving false hopes now they have stopped anwering the calls too. We were told that there was a ticket available in business class, to which we agreed immediately. The agents then said that they have our ticket on hold while their Senior consultant verifies the documents. After a day passed already, we got no update and nobody answers the calls. This is totally unprofessional especially at this time when families are struggling to get back together. I would give a zero star if that was possible. Please consider other travel agents if you dont want to waste your time and end up with nothing.
