I used awadh travels since 2013,good service, timely they reach Chandigarh, previously it started from udhampur nowadays it starts from Jammu due to covid.

I choose to travel by awadh ,the bus was in horrible condition and passengers were cursing awadh management .Taking heft ammount of money from passengers then also doesnt get basic amenities( charger point,ac ,washroom) that is disgusting.My suggestion is whenever u r going from jammu to Chandigarh or jammu to delhi or vice versa ,prefer to chose harikesh or travel point ,at least they care about there passengers and the journey can be stress-free and smooth ,never ever choose awadh.🥴

It is a good travel agency providing bus facilities from Jammu(Udhampur) to Chandigarh.

Hospital sttaf not spotting and rude behaviour a patience customers.

I am writing this at the exact time of my experience.Our bus Awadh travels stopped working and the so called driver left the entire stream of passangers.This is an unknown place and people are panicked.Please dont ever book this.Will lodge a formal complaint against them.
