Booked a suite. It was an awesome experience at Santana. Location was marvellous as beach was at 2 Minutes walking distance. Amenities, cleanliness food and pool were perfect. A must visit place.

Worst experience ever . They provide different itineries the day before you leave for the trip than the one you book. The hotels detailed are not the ones you end up staying at and the tour guide was the rudest , most vile person I have ever met. The only thing he guided us to was the bathroom on the gas station. He claimed to speak German but could not even speak English. They outsource all their work to smaller agencies and lead their travellers on the worst trip of their life . This tour I took- Paris-Switzerland-Italy is my third trip to Europe and they have managed to destroy the experience. Dont waste your money on this tour , youll have a better experience in a sewer.
