Toys R Us is located on second floor of Elante Mall Chandigarh. The store is well lit and has welcoming ambience. Just after the entry is clothing range on left side under babies r us brand. The store is very large and adequately stocked with various toys arranged according to brand sections. Demo of various toys is done at different places in the store to involve the kids and make them try the products. Must visit if you wish to pamper your young ones.

My wife visited the Elante Chandigarh store Today 9 March 2020 at 12.30 pm and purchased a Drone of Rs. 4000. We were informed by the Sales Team that the store had only 1 last qty and the drone doesnt come with rechargable battery and No manual. My wife requested that demo maybe given for this product. But we were refused with multiple excuses. Interestingly she TRUSTED the store with the service and the product , paid the money and purchased the product. Back home we checked the Drone and viewed online videos on YouTube so that my daughter can start using her gift. To our surprise the STORE had LIED and websites and videos showed that the rechargable batteries came with the Drone. We went back to the store around 7 pm same day, to ensure that the STORE may not find an other excuse to address this issue. We reached the store and raised the concern and to our Surprise, the stores first LIE came in open when they offered to exchange the Drone with another one. We confronted the store and told them why we were misinformed that store had only 1 qty. The Store again offered multiple excuses. We asked them to demonstrate the product and we were yet again offered an excuse that the battery is not charged. Having Trust issues with the store we waited till the time the battery was charged. When the store team tried to start the drone it didnt work. We asked for Refund but after much argument we were given a Credit Note.Lost time, Lost Money, Lost energy, Lost tears of our child, Lost trust.Very bad experience, will never recommend to anyone.

Highly dissappointed with your productspurchased the fishing game from elante mallQuality of product is very poor even elder one cant play this game then how its possible for kids to play it.
